Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Helpful at beginning but constantly sending invoice emails for payment when redress not made eventually the company that complaint was agai st contacted me them selves to say they did not have banking details for redress so felt like I did the work not you

Does anyone actually pick up a phone or answer an email in that company ? Been trying to get I contact for a couple of months regarding PPI and this is since early May. Was told someone would be in touch in July and the August but nothing since . No information and left hanging about with no answers to any questions. A simple yes or no would be lovely . Communication is not the best. Update 21/10/22 Thanks for replying to a review and not actually emails but Who is John?
