Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

Absolutely awful, will never use them again! And would never recommend then either! Promised compensation told 14 days, then a further 21 days been waiting a further 14 days, Absolutely ridiculous! Quick to take their percentage god forbid you did this to them! I have been advised on what steps to take next! Also I never leave reviews but I believe this needed to be reviewed!!!! It's now 12th September!!!!

The worst possible company you could use, phoned on middle of July was told a story about something to do with the bank and it would take 15 days. I waited at least 30 days and got to same story it would be 15 days, at least 20 days still no payment. Your paying a company to make your claim because they promise you the world and don't deliver. My brother made his own claim directly to provident and got it in his account the first weekend in July. I'm paying a company commission and over 2 months later still no payment, it's a complete joke. This review was for my elderly mother Sylvia Richmond. I was on.the phone today and made that much of hassle for payment team the top manager came on and inside 1 hr in my bank account. Anyone having trouble getting there money you have to get on the phone and tell them you want to speak with the top manager and just be a completely rude with her.i did it yesterday and in 1hour the money was in my account.

Wouldn't recommend this company i am still waiting for my refund after 2 months keep emailing them but get same response about account department being very busy they must have none they were going to be busy when everyone signed up to them for a refund originally i was told it would be in my account with in 14 days that didn't happen then I was told another 21 days and I am still waiting very poor service they will be quick to take there percentage but while all this money is in there account they are making more interest on it

Took forever to sort out my repayment staff seemed uninterested when I phoned after over 20 days several phone calls where I was promised it would be fast tracked finally spoke to a supervisor who in fairness was very helpful my payment was made almost instantly
