Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

I really don't know what's going on in your car pcp claim department but it's dier. Had a email in April 2022 to say they had recieverd documents from car provider to continue with the case, since then iv been told IT issues, staff shortages are delaying going forward. Every time I ring I get a phone operator who tries to put me through to the car department you can never get through...they will ring you back they never do. They have stopped replaying to emails. I get the car stuff takes abit longer but we are talking well over a year to submit a claim get the relevant paper work back and I can only assume they are sitting on this for nearly a year. I wouldn't recommend anyone take a car finance claim to them at the moment as they are clearly struggling with the customers they have but continue to accept new customers. Get through the back log you have already guys. This is a really poor service for car claims at the moment. Edit LUS06/1594480/11/01/01 I "feel the need" to say my emails are bit getting replys because they aren't.

This company attempted to gain our credit file. We have never even heard of them before. Proceed with extreme caution as their practices are not as above board as it should be. Grateful to the company that they applied to for contact us directly. It was my partner’s details you used and considering it was a major data breech I do not want to give you any further details. Thankfully Experian were on the ball and gave us your full details. I have not got the wrong company.

The company were very good at keeping me informed of progress. Unfortunate that the bank took longer than expected to settle. Fees are a little higher than some but it's money I wouldn't have had.
