I've been studying now for the last year and what I have realised is that if I had done a little more research I would have seen that most of the study materials I need to pass my certifications are all online and avaialble for free. The support I have received has not been fundamental in passing my exams so far and some of the support I was promised has not been accurate, e.g. the promise of online tutors (plural). I have made my opinion very clear on this matter throughout the process that the quality of the online tutor support has been substandard for what I have paid. I am at the point now where the recruitment team will hopefully get involved in helping me with job searches and I will see how that experience is. Basically, the bottom line is that for what I've paid, I don't think so far that this is value for money.

Clear and structured plans with guidance and support

The prepreparation towards achieving a pass and success in the change management foundation course was made easy with robust study materials from ILX and Learning People. I passed well on my first attempt.

Good communication

I enrolled in this course with high expectations based on the promotional material, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. First, the course content did not match the description. Several key topics promised in the outline were either glossed over or missing entirely. The instructor made bold claims about what would be taught, but many of the lessons were shallow, outdated, or even factually incorrect. I double-checked a few of the technical details and found that some of the information was completely wrong or oversimplified to the point of being misleading. Secondly, the refund policy is deceptive. The website promises a “100% satisfaction guarantee,” but when I requested a refund within the stated timeframe, I was met with excuses and unresponsive support. After multiple emails and no resolution, I gave up. It feels like the refund policy is just there to give a false sense of security.

The people are understanding .

I joined at learning people foe my CS certificate. It's only 2 weeks since all I can say is the learning content is great and self paced. The support you get is through mentor and student care. The drawback is its not a straight process to contact them . The ticket will be raised and get response in 48 hours. If u miss a call from student care you have a long wait. It's pretty intense course and need lot of time to prepare. I haven't done any exams. I'll update more in future after I pass my first exam. Good luck all 👍

Over 2 years has passed since these guys let me down in a big way, repeatedly. Yet still they send me emails, and just yesterday they once again challenge my previous Trustpilot review from 2023!! Let it go and stop trying to rig your scores. Hard sales, no follow through. Complain and it’s denied publicly and you’re hounded privately. They are attempting to manipulate their scores here to sell duff courses. Do not mix it with this lot , beware of the complete and utter scam.

Learning people are superb set of people who made my journey to study fabulous. The staff are helpful and encouraging. I encourage esteem future students to study through them.

I can say I have been well supported as required and they are always willing to take questions and give advice.

Kitt who I guess has been my student mentor has gave me all information I needed was very clear. I had no confusion or doubts when going through the course. I am excited to finished my qualifications

I can strongly recommend the learning people to anybody who is thinking of studying or learning a new skill, studying with them has been amazing, not only have I learnt a lot but there has always been somebody on hand to help and advice along the way if i have any questions or need any help. Studying with them has been the best decision I have made

They are so unhelpful. I completed the entire coursework and mock exams. And now I have to complete the real exam which I didn't know about. And I had a phone call with a guy discussing this, but their replies to emails and phone calls take for ever to be replied to and its not aligned with what they say and do and what they have in their system.

I think every aspiring agile project manager or coordinator should to pass through the learning resource of the Learning People. The team is supportive and always read to help! They are open to hearing concerns and willing to provide options to help pass professional exams and stay motivated. You should also be ready to put in the work and hours allocated to pass set exams. I personally rate them 100%.

Full support given right from the start, very helpful staff, excellent courses. The online exam system is also great, you can fully prepare based on what's available in your package. If you need any help, or have a crisis in your life, they're very approachable and understanding, I can't thank them enough for the extension I got based on a tragic loss and having to skip months of learning. Highly recommended Company.
