I wish i could give it minus stars. My experience with this company has been completely terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend their courses to someone i hated! Please save your time & your money

Videos are really good and give you all the info you need to do test
To anyone thinking of engaging their services, I strongly advise that you will get better quality information from YouTube. I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman with the hope of breaking the contract with them and recovering over £2,000 from them. I am surprised that they have any positive ratings. Please do deep research before engaging them. I wish there was an option of zero stars.
Dont go with the learning people i have enrolled with them and due to my new diagnosis of bipolar i can't see myself finishing this course which means i just spned 7000 dollars for nothing. they will not let you cancel or withdraw from your studies if you have a medical condition all they want is your money please do not go with them for any online study. my recommendation would be to go through a university or tafe for this kind of class where you actually get help face to face.
Was promised an extra 6 months with no extra costs to finish the last certification. When time came no extension was granted unless extra payments were made. The career help wasn’t helpful at all. After the experience I wouldn’t recommend paying their high price and looking for alternative ways of achieving the certifications.
Absolute scam! still paying for a service for that does not prepare you for the exams. The mock test are not even close to the real exams. Dont get me started on "The learning support team" haven't even heard from them in months! Avoid daylight robbery

The student care delegate (Maria) was very helpful on giving me pointers to enhance my study habit and progress. She also answered all my questions and clarified the 3 steps I need to take to get an exam vature.
So far I am really impressed. I ended up on learning people’s website when looking into project management qualifications, registered my interest and had an amazingly inspiring conversation with career consultant Jenny Linney. She answered all my question, suggested the Project Management Career Pathway, talked me though it all and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. Having a little 1year old who barely sleep and a partner who is away for work for long periods of time, I was initially a bit worried about having time to study, but so far it’s proving to be manageable and I am so happy I went for it. The material is interesting and well presented! My only slightly negative feedback is that the learning portal isn’t ideal for accessing on a phone as the text on the slides are almost unreadable, manoeuvring the learning portal is a bit clunky and the activities are very hard to do on a small screen. There is an accessibility feature which help, but it would be a huge plus if it was easier to use a phone to go through the coursework, especially as I’m often nap-trapped with the laptop out of reach. Listening in is alright and this isn’t a big enough problem to reduce my rating. On a laptop it all works perfectly! I really find the course worth every penny, there’s good reason for the costs. I am amazed by how well they care for their students. They check in, stay in touch, offer help. I feel just as cared for and supported as I did at university many years ago, perhaps even more. I spent 5 days from the initial conversation with the career consultant, thinking about everything over and over again before making my decision. In hindsight I have no idea what took me so long. Enrolling was the right decision and I’m very excited to see what the future brings.

I really appreciate how The Learning People consistently keep in touch with me. Their communication is clear, timely, and supportive—it makes me feel like I'm not alone on my learning journey. It's reassuring to know they genuinely care about my progress.
I'm currently doing the training full time and am a couple of weeks in. The Learning People have been fantastic so far, particularly with the sign up and onboarding. I had a long initial call with a consultant (Matthew) to see which course would be best for me and felt I got some very good advise without being rushed into it. Student services have been very responsive and friendly. They offer a webinar for each module (yet to have my first), and you get access to Career Services after you pass your first exam even if you have multiple, which is a good option to have if you want to start the recruitment side of things without having to wait to finish all of the training. However I've been disappointed with the training platform (ILX), specifically with access to tutors. It took a week for a tutor to answer the first question I had, and it's been 5 days since I asked a second question which I'm still waiting on a response for. For the cost of the course I'd expect better access to the tutors and much quicker response times. Otherwise the platform is easy to use and I passed my first exam fine based on their material.
Though I'm just a couple of weeks into my study program but I can attest to the fact that at learning people their students' care and support is top notch. Their regular checkups via calls and emails keep you focused and on your toes in the face of daily busy schedule. The course materials are also interesting to read.
