Laplante Electric Reviews

From the initial phone call to project completion, Laplante Electric exceeded expectations. They helped me understand my electrical options for a home addition, provided detailed estimates, and completed the work ahead of schedule. The electrician was courteous, clean, and clearly takes pride in their work. Couldn't be happier with the results.

While the electrician seemed knowledgeable, the job took much longer than estimated and I felt the final bill had some unexpected charges that weren't clearly explained upfront. The work quality was fine, but better transparency on pricing would be appreciated.

Used them for a full electrical panel upgrade. Clean work, up to code, and great communication throughout the project.

Had them rewire my kitchen for a renovation project. The quality of work was excellent and everything passed inspection on the first try. However, the cost was higher than other quotes I received. Still satisfied with the results though.

The actual electrical work was done well and the electrician was professional. My only complaint is that they rescheduled twice due to other jobs running long. Better time management would improve the experience.

Called Laplante Electric for an emergency outlet repair and they came out the same day. The electrician was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue quickly. Pricing was fair and transparent. Will definitely use them again for future electrical work.

Had them install some new outlets in my garage. The work was done correctly but nothing exceptional. Pricing was in line with other quotes. Would use again if others aren't available.

Have used Laplante Electric for multiple projects over the years including outlet installations and lighting upgrades. Consistently reliable work and fair pricing. They're my go-to for electrical needs, though sometimes they're booked out a few weeks in advance.

Had a mysterious electrical issue that two other companies couldn't figure out. Laplante Electric diagnosed the problem within an hour and had it fixed by the end of the day. Their experience really shows, and the technician was patient in explaining what went wrong.

Power went out in half my house and they were able to come out within 2 hours. Fixed the problem efficiently.

Circuit breaker kept tripping and they came out on a weekend to fix it. Professional service and reasonable emergency rates.

The electrician was skilled and did good work installing new ceiling fans throughout my home. However, they showed up 30 minutes late without calling ahead, and the cleanup could have been better. Overall decent service but room for improvement in customer communication.
