Lancaster Tires Reviews

The service was okay and my tires were installed correctly, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. The staff was polite but seemed rushed. Prices were about what I expected for the area. Would probably shop around next time to compare options.

I always feel confident bringing my family's cars here. They do thorough inspections and explain everything clearly. The prices are fair and they often have good deals on quality tire brands. The waiting area could use some updating, but that's a minor complaint.

Got new tires installed without any issues. The price was competitive and the work was done properly.

The tire installation was done well and the staff was friendly enough. However, I had to wait almost two hours even though I had an appointment. They did apologize for the delay and gave me a small discount, but better scheduling would be appreciated.

Got a flat tire fixed in under 30 minutes. Very reasonable price too.

These guys really know tires inside and out. They explained the differences between tire types and helped me choose the perfect set for my driving habits. The shop is clean and organized, and they completed the work exactly when promised.

Lancaster Tires has a decent selection of brands and the mechanics know what they're doing. However, their prices are definitely on the higher side compared to some other shops in town. The service is professional though, and they stand behind their work.

Had a blowout on the highway and they got me back on the road same day. Really appreciated their quick response.

Quick tire rotation and they checked the pressure in my spare too. Nice attention to detail.

I've been coming here for years and they always treat me right. The owner remembers my car and what tires I prefer. They're honest about what needs to be done and don't try to oversell you on services you don't need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for trustworthy tire service.

Had my tires replaced here last week and couldn't be happier. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the right tires for my budget. Installation was quick and they even checked my alignment for free.

While the actual tire service was fine, I was told it would take an hour but ended up waiting nearly three hours. The staff seemed overwhelmed and communication could have been better about the delays.
