Labyrinth Learning Reviews

Ms. Cristina Krysinski was extremely helpful with my questions today. She explained everything to me quite clearly so I can jump in and go through the QBO Comprehensive book with total confidence. She was very patient with me and was happy to listen to my learning/training experiences. I am very much looking forward to ultimately train many small business users in QBO and your materials are second to none! I have been a software trainer for over 30 years and I have used NUMEROUS training materials; however none of them can measure up to Labyrinth Learning's materials! I don't know which is better............the support I received or the materials!!!....grin Thanks again. Enthusiastically, Tom S. Losch

Labyrinth is always available to help my students and me with set up, any issues that we encounter during the class, and there is always follow up. I appreciate their quick responses and professionalism!

The only thing I do not like about your product is that the students receive a code that they have to redeem for another code before they can get their textbooks. For a beginning computer student, this is a very tedious process that they find difficult to navigate. Other than that I love your books.

Labyrinth Learning staff are helpful and work hard to ensure a great student experience. I've been using their learning products, including the eBook and the eLab, for over five years and they are easy to use for both the instructor and the student.

eLab Content & Customer Service The content has been easy to follow and the project grader assignments clear for the student. Any time there is an issue the service has been 110%!

Agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Cristina Krysinski has been amazing at helping me.

Labyrinth has very knowledgeable and professional individuals who are easy to work with. I always receive answers whenever I have a question on the course, course material or eLab. I love Labyrinth webinars on QBO. They are always well designed and informative. I keep all the audio recordings of the webinars and refer back to them often.

Frequent updates and good communication for the Labyrinth staff.

It would be so much easier to use if you had more auto grading features such as those on Connect and Pearson MyLab. It takes many hours to hand grade the student submissions. The textbook is written well and the directions are good but many of the Excel formulas should be simplified. Some are so long that it is even hard to copy from the book. I doubt the students will retain these.

Appreciate the quick reply and LMS Integration Modules which are a time saver!

The books are thorough and the staff is very helpful.

Great Customer Service! I have received some of the best customer service with Labyrinth Learning. They have walked me through moving from a different publisher in a smooth and effortless way, answering all of my questions, and more specifically, interacting with me as a professional. From text selection and evaluation, to showing me how to interact with eLab and create assignments, to the integration within my LMS - transitioning to an eLab product has never been so easy! Thank you!

Labyrinth is a great solution. Content is great. My only issue is eLab grading. It makes a lot of mistakes grading. I have to go back and grade by hand and adjust grades. Unfortunately in an online class not all students complaint about their grade. So I have to go over every assignment that didn't get a hundred to make sure students don't get penalized incorrectly.

The setting of the course is concise and easy to follow. But the online platform and gradebook can be improved.

Labyrinth's step-by-step design with graphics is a student and staff favorite. The progression of exercises ensures students are reinforcing prior skills learned. I'm confident my students are workforce ready after using Labyrinth's solutions.

As a program coordinator, I rely upon Labyrinth texts to support multiple courses. They have supported our course content for over a decade now. This is because they are proactive in connecting with me. They keep me informed of upcoming changes and offer solutions before I even have to ask. Labyrinth staff always resolve issues in favor of the student. They are always focused upon getting the student - and the instructor - up and running as soon as possible. Their content mirrors the performance expectations of the Microsoft certification tests, which is an added value to both the student and the institution. I highly recommend Labyrinth to any educator in need of their texts.

The instructions and exercises cover all the essential Microsoft Office concepts with plenty of practice exercises to reinforce them. Their customer service is prompt and helpful.

Working with the labyrinth learning team, especially Cristina Krysinski, has been nothing short of excellent! They care about students and instructors and go out of their way to help both in any and every way possible. Add to that, the excellent nature of their textbooks written by hands-on experts in the field, make the learning experience pleasurable and painless!!!

The textbook is well-designed and my AIS students have been able to do the assignments just by following the instructions in the textbook chapters. The support is excellent. I can email Christina anytime, even on the weekends, and she answers my email as soon as she can.
