This learning solution features eLab, the digital course management tool. eLab can be fully integrated with a school’s Learning Management System (LMS). Students can access eLab from the Blackboard course site; from eLab, they can access learning content in the ebook and overview presentations, submit their QuickBooks Online assignments, and review their automatically graded reports with detailed feedback. Superb customer service that includes rationale to explain the "why" of answers to my questions. Very patient with me in explaining the setup of eLab with QB online and how to link it to my Blackboard course.

Forced unnessacary waste of time busy work company training, I would rate zero stars if the option was available, yearly repetitive training boring and doesn't apply to my work or job, corporate bull, the people that come up with this stuff should be fired to save money they are the problem, this type of blantant disreguard for other peoples time is worst sort of corporate busy work and should be eliminated, zero percent applies to what I DO,

I've been using Labyrinth textbooks for several years at our local college, and I am very impressed with the quality of the materials presented. I've taught many classes over the years with handouts I created, but now that I've experienced teaching with Labyrinth, I can save a lot of time using a very effective teaching tool. The material presented by the books is presented in a real time situation. The instructors download material makes my prepeation time much less then it used to be.

I have enjoyed using Labyrinth course materials; the project grader is a REAL time saver!! Consequently, I've always had to include additional notes for our students to complete the assignments. This has been as minor as a missing direction to click "Save, Done, or Next" buttons to something as major as provided steps to modify a report in Excel before submitting it. This makes me question or wonder if anyone checks this stuff to be sure it works as stated or makes sense... It would be helpful if we could understand better how the PG works, but that might be more than my brain can handle.

The text we use lines up really well with the course depth and breadth. And the company always finds ways to make those "performed once a year" tasks really easy!!

The most terrible platform of learning. Don't ever wate your money on this garbage. It's been two days i've purchased my access code and there is no response from them. Garbage garbage garbage!!!!!!

I like that I can now do batch edits for assignments. However, if I batch edit a due date, or available date, I must reset all the dates for the assignments. If I have an available date of May 1, a due date of May 15, and can submit late until May 28 for all chapter 5 assignments, but want to change the due date to May 17, I need to enter all the dates (which I don't always remember). I wish it would show what it's set to, and allow me to just change what I want.

To be able to schedule a representative and the ability to coordinate via zoom makes set up so easy! I love the ability to see what students see in e-lab; and textbook is written for all levels of students.

Labyrinth textbooks are easy to follow for our students. I love the progression of the "D" exercises to the Reinforce exercises to the Apply Exercises. When I have needed technical help, they are always available and very willing to help me. If we can't get the solution by email, then we hop on a TEAMS call where I can share my screen and they always come up with a solution.
