Kyb Shocks Reviews

Had my KYB shocks installed here last month and the difference in ride quality is night and day. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Installation was completed in about 2 hours as promised. Pricing was fair and competitive with other shops in the area.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally. The staff took time to explain why KYB shocks were the right choice for my driving needs. The improvement in comfort and stability is remarkable. Highly recommend this place for suspension work.

The KYB shocks themselves are excellent quality, but the service could use some improvement. Had to bring my vehicle back because one shock wasn't properly tightened. They fixed it without charge, but it was inconvenient. The end result is good though - much better ride quality.

While the KYB shocks are good quality, the service was lacking. Appointment was delayed by over an hour with no explanation, and they didn't properly test drive the vehicle after installation. Had to point out a squeaking noise that needed adjustment.

The KYB shocks are working well and the installation seems solid. However, the waiting area was uncomfortable and the staff seemed rushed. Communication could be better - they didn't explain the warranty terms clearly until I asked specifically.

KYB shocks made a huge difference in my car's performance. Installation went smoothly and the price was reasonable. Only minor complaint is they didn't clean up all the old parts debris.

Fast service and quality KYB products. In and out in under two hours.

Reasonable prices for KYB shock installation. The work was done correctly and on time.

Third time using their services for different vehicles. KYB shocks consistently deliver great performance and their installation is always done right the first time. Pricing is competitive and they stand behind their work.

My 10-year-old SUV feels like new again after getting KYB shocks installed. The bouncing and swaying is completely gone, and highway driving is much more stable. The technicians were experienced and answered all my questions thoroughly. Fair pricing for premium products.

Very satisfied with the shock replacement. The team was professional and the work area was clean and organized. My car rides much smoother now and the road noise has decreased significantly. Will definitely return for future suspension work.

KYB shocks are top quality and really improved my truck's handling. Service was good overall but had to wait a bit longer than expected for the appointment.
