John was an excellent tutor
John was great at delivering the training. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain clearly whenever queries were raised. Delegates were put at ease and I was pleasantly surprised that completing the refresher training over Zoom was not as problematic as I expected.

Zoom classrooms the way forward for me.
First time carrying out a Zoom Classroom but it worked for me, Trainer was clear in delivery and was able to contribute with other candidates on the course. Also - comfort of my office and no need to travel. Lots of plus points for me personally. Enjoyed the course and managed to pass so all good. Also during the training if there was a term you were unsure of you could just pop on the internet rather than asking the trainer to repeat.
