Les was a very knowledgable instructor who was very good at keeping everyone invokved thriughout the course. Like all courses can be very hard to concentrate but he manged this with ease excellent instructor.

Excellent trainer who was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and made the training interesting for the class. I had Wi-Fi/internet issues, and the trainer was understanding, patient, and helped me stay calm when I was beginning to panic a little. I appreciated his calm guidance.
