Ich würde -5 geben wenn ich könnte. Beim Mietwagen wurde ein Toyota Rav4 gebucht oder gleichwertiger Kleinbus. Das Unternehmen hat einen Mietwagen eine klasse tiefer für uns gebucht. hatte zu Folge das wir mit den Kindern keinen Platz in dem Fahrzeug hatten. Mussten für 560.-Euro Aufpreis ein adäquates Fahrzeug buchen. Nie wieder Klook. Kein Wunder das ein Unternehmen aus HongKong so was abzieht.

I booked a rental car through Klook with Dollar Rent a Car in the U.S., and prepaid $660, which included insurance, taxes, and fees — or so I believed based on the booking. But when I arrived at the Dollar counter, the staff told me they couldn’t find any record of the insurance or full reservation details. I was left with no choice but to pay an additional $430 to receive the car — essentially paying for insurance and fees all over again. I reached out to Klook support, expecting help. Unfortunately, they didn’t take responsibility and told me it was an issue with the local provider. Their handling was disappointing and unhelpful. I personally feel that Klook is not prepared to support customers when things go wrong, especially with third-party providers. It seems they’re happy to take the money, but not to manage or ensure the service is properly delivered. I would advise others to be very careful when using Klook for car rentals. My experience cost me time, stress, and hundreds of extra dollars.
