Good. Easy to booking. Clear info.

I booked a hotel through this website because it showed better prices compared to other platforms on Google maps. During the booking process, the price was shown including taxes and fees, so I reasonably assumed it was the final amount. However, after booking, I was told I needed to pay an additional 12% in taxes upon check-in (with no additional information). They later claimed this was stated in the check-in policy. But this kind of information shouldn’t be buried in fine print. It should be clearly communicated before you finalize your booking. This feels deceptive and left a very bad impression. I will never book through this platform again.

Ik heb geen gebruikt gemaakt van mijn voucher en op tijd geannuleerd, ik krijg geen refund. Ik wacht al maanden op antwoord en mijn geld en na al die tijd komen ze alleen met de oplossing om klook cash te geven, ik wil gewoon echt geld. Ik ben zo geirriteerd.

I made a booking, checked out, received confirmation only to find out my booking was cancelled INSTANTLY for no reason. Now I have to wait 3-14 days for a refund. Contacted customer service and received a half-assed copy-pasted apology with no actual explanation. Why would I book again? VEK409850
