Extremely weird app.
I made a booking, checked out, received confirmation only to find out my booking was cancelled INSTANTLY for no reason. Now I have to wait 3-14 days for a refund. Contacted customer service and received a half-assed copy-pasted apology with no actual explanation. Why would I book again? VEK409850
