I have used kit locker many times and have always been pleased with there products and services but this time I ordered 2 Nike short sets for my twin grandsons when the delivery arrived there was a top missing the delivery note stated that this would be delivered in approximately 6 weeks time this is no use to me as there birthday is in 4 weeks time I contacted them via email and they have given me a free return label and will refund me for the top but I am annoyed as I believe I should have been informed of delayed delivery before ordering as I would not have ordered 2 sets I now have to organize the return

Not a scam website... But you get wat you pay for
Not a scam, but quality was for the £8 I thought it might be a scam at first because the prices seemed too good to be true — but my order did arrive. That said, the jacket I received looked dull than on the site and the threadwork was poorly finished, like it skipped a final quality check. Not the usual Nike standard, but again its a £8. Still, I appreciate the fast delivery and will order again to see if other items are better and also for the price. The Kitlocker team seems open and transparent for what its worth. Originally placed an order for my son's birthday presents was so impressed with price and quality, my brother then got me to make and order for him, then my dad and my nephew. Spent around £400 between us on around 20 complete sets when I've seen companies selling the same ones for £50 a set! Came very quickly and very well packaged. Highly recommend this company

Our club recently switched to using Kitlocker for our gear. There has been nothing but delays and lack of communication from them. Order was originally supposed to ship in two parts on 1 and 8 May. Still listed as those dates on their site, but not shipped. Only received a generic ‘we’re sorry about delays’ email.

Ordered a KIT on 23-APR and initial promise was to ship in 10 business days (7th May) and it’s past that, yet no progress. 10 business days to ship is already ancient in this day and age, delaying it further feels criminal. All this FAST AND RELIABLE reviews either are paid or I’m just unlucky.
