Over a year ago
Ordered a T-shirt and received a hat. Currently been stuck in online chat for 15 minutes, agent has stopped responding.
I think it is ridiculous that I have to pay 14 euros for returning items I don't want. The return policy is a joke.

The shirt I ordered was the wrong size, when I looked at returning it the cost to post it back for a refund is more then I paid the for the shirt, for an online retailer this should be taken into consideration.
