Unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The staff was often busy and I felt neglected at times. Improvements in communication would really help.

While the physical therapy was great, I felt that some of the nursing staff could be more responsive. There were moments when my father needed assistance, and it took longer than expected for someone... See more

King David is a nice facility, but I think they need to hire more staff. There were times when it felt like they were stretched too thin, which affected response times.
The staff here are what make this place special. Everyone was warm and welcoming, which made my recovery a bit easier. The only downside was that activities for residents could be more engaging.
The environment here felt very supportive, with a strong community feel. The activities coordinator organized great events that helped engage the residents!
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the meals were better than I anticipated. I appreciate the variety on the menu. However, the administrative side seemed a bit disorganized at times, which was frustrating.
My experience was overall satisfactory. While some staff were fantastic, others seemed a bit overwhelmed. Enhancing staff training could make a big difference.
The care provided was decent, but I noticed that the ratio of staff to patients could be problematic during peak hours. It would help if they had more team members on duty at busy times.
I was admitted for rehab after a hip surgery, and I can't say enough good things about the physical therapy team. They pushed me just enough to make progress without feeling overwhelmed!
