Even if you manage to win, the skin you pulled will likely not be in stock and your alternatives are absolute garbage. Customer support will keep you on a leash reiterating to try again at 10 in the morning. Keep an eye on their practises. If KEYDROP continues to advertise withdrawals they can’t deliver, it might fall under fraud or false advertising under Cypriot/EU law.

Absolute garbage site. You cannot withdraw your skins, it will say unavailable, the support team are useless, they will push you to use the skinchanger, which is basically a way to downgrade the skins you have. I do not recommend this website at all. It is a complete scam. When you deposit the money they take it instantly, but when you want your skins, you cannot get them.

The site asked me to deposit 10 USD to unlock the daily cases (free cases). Since the FAQ on the site didn’t clearly explain how it worked, I contacted support. They told me that after depositing 10 USD, the daily cases would be permanent. As soon as they confirmed that, I deposited skins worth more than 10 USD. However, shortly after (around 15 days later), I could no longer open the daily cases, and the message to deposit 10 USD appeared again. Today I tried to contact support, but only got responses from an AI that kept repeating the same thing over and over without addressing the actual issue.

totally scam, you can not get any skin from the web. SCAM, and support team is trash.

Intenta reclamarla más tarde o usa la función SkinChanger para cambiarla instantáneamente por otra skin disponible. Seguir jugando en el upgrader hasta perderlas? O usar el skin changer donde solo hay basura?

I deposited skins through Key-Drop's own site using their SkinsBack integration. The trade was sent by their listed bot ("Ruin"), and I accepted it through Steam. The items were removed from my inventory, but my Key-Drop balance was never credited. I contacted support multiple times, provided trade screenshots, the bot's Steam profile, and full details. Despite this, they kept claiming they "couldn't find the trade," even though it clearly appears in my Steam trade history. The bot matches exactly. No resolution, no refund, no accountability. It wasn't a huge amount (~$2), but the way they handled it says a lot. If something bigger went wrong, I doubt they'd take responsibility. Use at your own risk. If they mess up, you're on your own.

Keydrop es un engaño, entran dentro de tu cuenta y ellos mismos te cambian los parámetros que ellos quieren. Un día decido cambiar la semilla cliente de mi cuenta, pues resulta que ese día invierto unos 80 euros en total, para mi sorpresa después de un rato estar jugando y cuando después de abrir cajas y gastarme 70 euros sin tocarme nada siendo todo basura decido revisar el historial del Provably fair, para mi sorpresa Mi SEED (Semilla del Cliente) esta cambiada y no me deja editarla y tampoco sale el Historial de la Client Seed de esa Semilla que ellos me han cambiado sin mi autorización ni nada. Resumiendo: Se meten en tu propia cuenta personal, modifican tu cuenta para su beneficio, tengo realizada las grabaciones demostrando todo paso a paso a que se dedican estas personas, van a ser denunciados en comisaria y voy hacer publico todo esto ya que es un fraude y están engañando a las personas robando todo su dinero.

The cases on this site are all lies. You will get a disgusting skin, but when you open the case, there are a lot of valuable items around, but at the end, it comes and stops at a disgusting skin. This is a trick that gambling sites do. Don't open a case from these sites. If you want to open a case, open it from within the game. At least you won't be fooled.
