Review summary

KeepMoving Logistics presents a mixed bag of experiences for its customers. While many reviewers praise the service for being quick, efficient, and friendly, highlighting positive interactions with staff like Mike, others express significant dissatisfaction. Common complaints revolve around deceptive pricing practices, with several customers reporting "bait and switch" tactics where quoted prices drastically increase upon contract signing. Issues with deposits are also prevalent, as numerous individuals claim they lost money when drivers failed to show up or when refunds were not processed. Despite the positive feedback regarding helpful staff and timely service, the negative experiences regarding pricing and deposits overshadow the positives. Overall, the sentiment leans towards caution, with many advising potential customers to be wary.

These guys are the best!

Keep Moving Logistics made shipping my car from Florida to California easy and stress-free. My advisor John gave timely updates, the carrier arrived and delivered exactly on schedule, and the SUV arrived flawless. Straight-forward pricing - no hidden fees- and a courteous driver sealed the deal. Highly recommended.

The car arrived safely

The car arrived safely, but updates during transit were infrequent. I appreciated the effort, but a bit more clarity would have helped ease my concerns during the journey.

Smooth

Smooth, reliable, and stress-free-those are the words I'd use to describe my experience. The team took care of everything, from scheduling to final delivery. I especially liked how easy the whole process was. Would definitely book again next time!

Unpleasant experience

I initially read a lot of bad reviews, but decided to take a chance on this company knowing I'd at best pay more than advertised or at worst get taken advantage of. Initially quote a price of $150 on 5/19/25 with the caveat final price was subject to change. I agreed and paid 50$ deposit for service of finding a transport for my car. Pick update was 5/23 sometime after 8pm. Service was provided, but there are multiple points at which I feel I was purposefully mislead by my point of contact. I got multiple quotes before signing any agreement with Keep Moving. Per the contract I signed, I ceased to work with any other companies after signing. Unsolicited I was contacted by a driver who informed me keep moving had posted my transport job for 575$. This job was posted on the same day I was given my initial quote. Given this evidence I believe that Keep moving provided a quote they knew was not feasible. Per our contract I still refused to do business with this driver who contacted me of his own accord. I checked in daily to see if they had made any progress in finding drivers and locking down a final price. I stated I understood that the market for this was volatile and there would be difficulties. I would expect that close to 4 days of lead time would be enough, but I did not receive any confirmation until 5/23 Initially, around 5pm I was finally told a driver would not be available on 5/23, and that I should cancel my arrangements to have friends facilitate my car pick up. However less than one hour later I was told a driver was available, but I would not be given their contact information unless I paid another 100$ deposit which would go to the driver for fuel and toll. I was told the driver agreed to a final guaranteed price and I would pay 550 total. My original 50$ deposit paid on 5/19, additional 100$ deposit paid on 5/23, and 400 at delivery. After I agreed and paid. I then contacted the dispatch and was told the driver never agreed to the terms keep moving sent, and would do the job for 600$ at delivery. I was never informed of this price change by keep moving. Furthermore, the dispatch confirmed they accepted no deposit or any money from keep moving. At this time I have been unable to confirm that my second $100 deposit went to the driver as I was told it would be. I suspect I was decieved and this deposit was solicited under false pretense, unless proof is provided otherwise. I spoke to my contact at keep moving and expressed my concern that even though he gauranteed that the driver had agreed to a final price, I was still being asked for more. I told him I no longer wanted to pursue this arrangement. Stated I wanted a refund and asked what my options were. He ignored my question, and refused to discuss my requested refund. He only stated that the driver had confirmed he would pick up the car and he would continue to work on it, with no acknowledment of the price increase. I was later told by the dispatcher that he just keep sending them the same offer of 400 dollars at delivery hoping theyd accept. I do not believe he contacted them personally at all to discuss the discrepancy between what he represented as the final price. I believe him saying he had an agreement was a straight up lie. I gave into sunk costs and I negotiated with the driver 600$ after KM stopped responding. Similar to the 575 price they posted on day one. I have a few takeaways I will assume are pretty close to the truth unless provided proof otherwise. I believe a real believeable estimate was purposefully kept from me the entire time in order to keep me from pursuing other options. I believe their inability to secure a driver in a timely manner when given multiple days of lead time is partly to take advantage of people by springing last minute charges on them and taking advantage of sunken costs. I believe I was decieved when I was told my second deposit would go to pay the driver for taxes and tolls, when in reality it was not. I believe my contact knew that the driver would not accept the price he gauranteed me was final, and did nothing to acutually negotiate it, thus putting the onus on me to accept or reject a sudden change in a time sensitive position. I also believe my contact lied in saying a driver agreed to a final price of 400 at delivery. Finally, I beleive my good will and patience were taken advantage of. Honestly if they had made this process smooth and painless with the caveat I'd pay more than initially quoted, I wouldnt have taken the time to write a review. However I feel there was a apalling lack of transparency, and communication that made this experience pretty terrible. I dont really know if the rest of the industry behaves like this, or if this was an unfortunately unpleasant experience, but I would actively suggest anyone who decides to give this company a chance of any benefit of the doubt to walk away.

This was a terrible experience from…

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. They lied about having a driver ready and kept pushing back the pickup time. They also pulled a bait-and-switch — quoting me a low price, then nearly doubling it on the day of pickup otherwise, face more delays. To make matters worse, we agreed on an enclosed trailer, but they sent an open one instead. My brand-new car arrived with scratches on the roof. Completely unacceptable.

KeepMoving Logistics should be shut down

KeepMoving Logistics should be shut down and those who operate the "business" should be prosecuted. These people are liars, cheaters and thieves and any positive reviews are fake. Surely there are laws for which these scammers can be held accountable. They gave me absolute assurance multiple times that their $595 quote to move my vehicle to Miami to OKC was the final price, therefore I agreed to retain their services. I regret that decision because after paying a $150 deposit, signing the agreement, receiving receipt with $445 balance and making other moving plans around the vehicle move, they jacked up the quote by $700 and said it only an estimate and that the contract stated it would subject to change. It does not say that anywhere. I asked them to direct to that legal language but they could not because it doesn't exist. Emma Stark was the original contact followed by other sleazy colleagues who helped perpetrate this fraud. Clearly they engage in these bait and switch activities as standard procedure. To anybody reading this review, please run from this Company. They will steal your money and lie about it. The Company's response that the quote is an "estimate" that is subject to change is not true. I was clearly told my price was locked in and my car would be picked up in 24-48 hrs. On that basis, I signed an agreement, paid a deposit and received an invoice for the $445 balance. Nothing ambiguous about that at all. And I did carefully read the terms and conditions which do not include any quote is an estimate that's subject to change language. Nowhere. I was intentionally deceived then lied to. I demand a $700 refund which is the difference between what I paid vs what I was told I would have to pay,

Signed contract with keep moving. GOT SCAMMED!!!+…

Signed contract with keep moving logistics 2/14/2025 to have 2 vehicles transported from ALABAMA to ARIZONA. Pick up date 3/21/2025. Agent ( Emma stated a transport would be reaching out. Never HAPPENED! Week prior to leaving, reached out again informing them that I still haven't heard from the transporter. Agent said no worries. He contact you before pick up date. Upon our arrival in Alabama on 3/21/2025. I Started panicking at that point I KNEW I had been SCAMMED!!!!! I still haven't heard from transporter. I Reached back out to Emma! Well that's when she informed me there's not a driver in the area! & It would be Monday 3/24/2025. I said NO! That's not what the contract say. Vehicles are too be transported on 3/21/2025. How are yall going to change my transport date, & when i dont agree with the price goes up !She stated she would call me back, when she did TEXT back, she was asking for $1300 extra! Which I didn't have. Emma stated my receipt was just an estimate! I said NO NO! It said the remaining balance $995 was due on time of delivery (COD) after going back & forth for 2 days, I just said let me get my deposit back, after begging & pleading for hours! FINALLY between SAM, EMMA. MIKE,& KEVIN! they agreed to give my $200 deposit back! Which was 3/21/2025. Emma sends me a SO CALLED Comfirmaton # say it will be 2-3 days. Since then I've reached out to keep moving logistics on numerous occasions and get the same crappie response or no response at all. Today is 04/04/2025 & I still haven't received my deposit. Rental car, 3 days lost income, 3600 miles of traveling & 3 motel rooms. All at my EXPENSE!! Just to come all the way back to ARIZONA without my vehicles. The main reason for going! Not only did they not honor their contract, they tried to get me to say I canceled the contract so they could keep my deposit. I told them no I'm not canceling anything yall breached contract The website states %100 REFUND IF NOT SATISFIED!! IM NOT SATISFIED!! SO GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT! I'm ready to get this over with!

Its a scam

Its a scam. Do not, I repeat, do not use their services. It’s a fraud company. The attract with lower prices and ask you for a non refundable deposit and then when the time for car pick up comes, they will ask 1.5x of your original quote. Plus the worst customer support team to ever exist.

I would like to start off by saying…

I would like to start off by saying Mike John communicated very well and answered every question i had. My vehicle came a few days later than expected due to the first driver having some issues with his truck which is understandable. The next driver that picked up my car communicated throughout the trip and even sent me photos along the ride to assure me that my vehicle was in transport and taken care of. Driver was very nice and friendly. Even after the car was delivered Mike John contacted me to make sure everything was fine which it was and i would definitely use keep moving logistics again if im ever in need. Good reliable service! Thanks to Mike i am back on the road!

We received a low quote price and the…

We received a low quote price and the price jumped hundreds more! If you back out they charge a $200 cancellation fee basically forcing you to accept the delivery price! We did get a lower price on the delivery by arbitration by $50.00 but no where near the original price quote! We,doubt it if we ever do business with brokers or transportation companies. They all do,the same thing offer a low price for pick up and double it later! Its called bait and switch! Our broker told us that she definitely, had a driver for $375.00 to pick up our 1996 Corvette hatchback. We thought we were getting a deal but we were only getting fooled we found out too late and ended up paying $800.00. She lied to us to get her commission of $200.00. The price doubled and we were forced to pay it or lose $200.00. The car was really nice and made up for the bad deal the broker gave us. She was fined $25.00 by her manager and she asked me to change our review to,five stars but we never did. She started harassing me with emails and text messages every day until we threatened to report her to the police. She quit bothering us after we said we would contact the police! Her manager must have been very upset with her!
