ITS ALL PART OF THEIR SCAM BOOK. WHACH THEIR REPONSE ON GONNA BE PALYING THE VICTIM. MY RESPONSE BACK STFU!!

This company engages in what feels like a harassment campaign. Despite multiple requests to remove my phone number. I continue to receive repeated calls at all hours, including weekends.

I don’t recommend this transportation they are scam artists, took my deposit when the driver didn’t show up at all . I tried calling customer service but always making excuses that I would get my money back but never did . Zero stars

😡😡 SCAM WILL HIKE PRICE !!!!!! I repeat don't deal with this Company LEO is the person I was working with qouted me 495.00 to move my vehicle after multiple conversations about changing the PRICE LEO assured me that wouldn't happen NOT TO MENTION it booked a week out he started RAISING THE PRICE every few days eventually 650.00 the at last minute said DRIVER WRECKED HIs truck so next driver 750.00 then 1000.00 i finally asked for refund LEO and his so called manager said 200.00 CANCELATION fee REPEAT DON'T USE KEEP MOVING LOGISTICS!!!!!!!

Do not use this company scamers,take ur deposit then never got my car after 3 days saying was so canceled wanted refund back never have got it back. All these other reviews think are fake.

I do not recommend KeepMoving Logistics. I chose them based on price and this Trustpilot website which unfortunately allows the company being rated to write their own review where KeepMoving Logistics claims to be professional and reliable. After receiving a quote for $245, paying a $100 and signing the contract, I was informed I owed an additional $349 dollars payable in cash or certified funds at delivery. When I called to complain, I was told every transport company operates the same way which is not true. I received several all inclusive quotes including one for $250, I asked several times if my deposit was refundable or if the total cost to me really was $449, not the $245 quoted. I'm still waiting on a response.

The agent Harry initially agreed to ship my car for $250 and made me sign a contract and zelle $100 upfront. He told me that his driver would pick up my car in 2 hrs after the process. Later, told me that the truck broke and would pick my car the next day. The next day he asked $950 saying that no driver was available for lesser. When I said NO and told him to cancel the contract, he asked me $200 to cancel the contract. Finally, I was forced to pay another $650 to ship my car and that is 2 days after I was told. Later, I asked him to send me the receipt showing the full amount I paid for, he told me to write 5-star reviews in return, which I did not. So, he never sent me the receipt.

Great service. Guy helped me pack my car. Was on time very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Quoted me one price and when the guy came to pick up the car they said I owed twice as much. When I called to see WHY, I was told that's just the way it is.

Switch and bait company! They quoted me 395 then wanted to pressure me to sign a contact and pay a deposit and then doubled the price

Scammers! After quoting me a price, they tried to pressure me into signing a contract and paying $300 deposit. The contract say the price is not guaranteed, and the pickup/delivery dates are not guaranteed. I asked about that and they said no one guarantees prices, or dates, but it would only be $50-70 more and I will find out the date after I sign he contract and pay the deposit. Reading other reviews, I'm glad I did not use these scammers!

On 1/22/25, I contacted Keep Moving Logistic to ship my car from Tacoma to Houston. I was quoted $825, incl. tax and that there were no hidden fees. There was no mention of this being an estimated price. I agreed to the price and the agent sent me a contract to review and sign. The cover of the contract stated the following: $150 when placing order and $675, cash on delivery. Total Tariff: $825.00 (no mention of an estimated price). The back of the page has lengthy terms and conditions, which include a statement that "While every effort will be made to confirm a driver for the estimated date and price, no guarantee of pick-up or delivery date can be made." I read this as they could not guarantee a delivery pick-up or date, but, before signing, I contacted my Agent to be clear this was not estimated. He confirmed in writing that it was not estimated. Moments after I sent an email with the signed contract, I received a receipt that listed Door to Door Est. $ 825.00 and if I had any questions call or text. I immediately contacted my agent and questioned the "est" $825, and he confirmed to me in writing, my price was $825. The next morning, he called to arrange for a pickup and told me it would be $1445. I reminded him that I was quoted $825 yesterday and that he confirmed that was all I would have to pay. After much back and forth, he agreed to cancel my order & refund my $175 deposit. On 1/29/25 my agent sent a text saying that it would be another 2-3 days to process the refund. On 2/10/25 I called the General Manager about the refund. My calls were disconnected. I finally texted the General Manager that I would begin filing my complaints at 3pm if I did not receive the refund I was promised. The Manager texted back cautioning me not to forward my complaints because I had signed a contract and they had done their job, but he would contact his higher mngmt team to see if anything could be done. They claimed they sent me a refund but that was untrue. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I learned had over 10 similar bait and switch complaints against this company. No refund was received, and I ended up driving the vehicle myself.

This is my 3rd time using this company and by far the worst experience this time around. I am currently still waiting on my car to be shipped to me the representative at keep moving and the driver are not answering my calls they have had my car since Tuesday 9/2 afternoon. I was told I would have my car yesterday 9/5 around noon and close to noon when I called them because they have not been in contact with me at all they then tell me the driver axle went out in STL not sure why they’re using trucks that has issues to start and that I would be getting my car today 9/6 at 4pm and now they are not answering and my car is supposed to be to me now. I will never use this company ever again it always seems to be an issue but this is the worst service ever.

They informed me from start to finish. I ask for my car to be delivered on a specific date and they made good on their promise. Thank you Mike John really appreciate

I had a great experience with Mike John.

Actually the experience was good due to Hazel Wood..I booked with this Logistics group after extensive research of talking to at least 20 others.I heard all the internet nitemares of transporting vehicles.I Chose KeepMoving..Initially the communication was great until day of pickup..The transporter started with the bs of we have a driver with a new trailer and he'll make sure my vehicle made it promptly and safely in a few days, i replied.. great.Then he said ok and your payment to driver is $999 at delivery..I told him that was 2xs as much as my contract..He said the contract is just an estimate and this is the exact correct price to transport the vehicle..Reminded me of the internet stories/reviews I read earlier.I refused and told them to cancel the order and I would re-elect a carrier.After about 6 calls to them, Hazel engaged and settled things down between us, and afterwards the pickup happened and was handled by a gentleman (driver).Vehicle delivered a few days later and so it all worked out well in the end, as a result of Hazels work and my insistence to honor the contract.I discovered my vehicle was damaged today during transport.They don't have a process to conclude the delivery otherwise I would have discovered the damage upon delivery..Im hoping I can repair the damage myself.. .Probably would never use them again..

Okay so full disclosure - I'm that person who researches EVERYTHING to death before making decisions. Spent like 2 weeks reading reviews, checking BBB ratings, verifying DOT numbers, the whole nine yards. This company checked every box. When my Subaru Outback needed to go from Colorado to North Carolina, they handled it flawlessly. Driver was experienced (could tell from how he secured everything), communication was spot-on, and delivery was actually a day early. Sometimes overthinking pays off!
