Kaplan…the proof is in the pudding.

Kaplan does a great job at systematically preparing you to take the NCLEX. Little by little, it builds up your confidence in using strategies to answer questions you have never seen before. I am glad my school used it to prepare us for the exam, because based on our cohort NCLEX results, it was a successful method.

Best NCLEX prep in my opinion

Best NCLEX prep in my opinion. They helped me to pass my NCLEX in the first attempt! The study plan is amazing and I was able to really know where I was before taking my NCLEX. 100% recommended.

I feel more confident

Everyone said to buy additional systems for the NCLEX (archer, u world, etc). I’m 100% satisfied that I stuck with Kaplan. I feel that my nclex prep and nursing knowledge is better than what I was taught in nursing school. I actually was able to teach my cohorts how to use Kaplan to help them on their NCLEX journey. My only complaint is the schools require Kaplan but put no effort to teach us how to use. The site is clunky and requires better instruction to get the max potential out.

Decision tree

The Kaplan test prep course was helpful. The decision tree process is helpful for questions that I don’t know the answer for. I found that it was not helpful on questions that I had the knowledge of the topic

The practice questions were very…

The practice questions were very helpful in preparing me for the NCLEX. I also enjoyed the CAT tests. I felt they were very helpful and feel there should be more of them. I found the decision tree to be unhelpful during the NCLEX.

I wish you could do questions on…

I wish you could do questions on iPhones or iPads. There is an app but I was only able to access Kaplan through my computer. I also wish there were more CAT exams and that it showed you the questions and answers after CAT exams. It gives you a summary of the questions correct answer, but you can’t access the question after turning it in. I passed my NCLEX 3 weeks after graduation with only using Kaplan.

I needed a new qbank besides uworld

I needed a new qbank besides uworld. Kaplan in my opinion was tougher than uworld. I like that the Kaplan gives you the sections being tested rather than the topics bc when you test it isn’t on selected topics you’ve reviewed, it’s everything and anything. I purchased the qbank and only had a few technically issues not enough to put me behind studying. I’d give it a good 8/10, also i just passed my NCLEX 6/21/23 :)
