My first experience with People Clerk was a fantastic experience. I had low expectations just because of the nature of the industry. Lawyers, courts, judges, etc. I expected a very meh (at best) experience. Not the case at all. The customer service was great. Timely responses AND by humans in a very human way! They made it very easy for me. I will certainly use again. Great job, you guys.

Great help! They know their stuff. Will definitely use this service again. I did not have to take time off work to take care of this matter, Of course only had to take time off just for the hearing. PC answered all my questions when I had them. And kept me informed every step of the way. Very helpful youtube videos too. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know at workwho may be needing to file a law suit. They know their stuff. I also noticed this business is made of mostly, if not only women. Love that, women empowering women and breaking the glass ceiling. If I had any questions regarding the court process, it was easy to email and get a response back from someone knowledgeable. I would recommend this site to friends and family if needed.

Mosso ayre I went ahead and stated my case and whats was going on and waited more than 24 hours to receive an answer stating i have to have a U.S address, mind you im traveling and live in the states, but they chose to glance at my email than to really put in the effort to point me in the right direction. Shows you how customer service is now a days. Its All about money these days and no service or half assed service. Im sick and tired of people creating websites claiming that they do one thing and dont do anything about it. P.s. education is not needed for customer service it’s actually how you want to be treated if you request help!!

The letter I paid for was never delivered. Now I don’t know how to retrieve it and the website from USPS wouldn’t allow me to schedule a redelivery. Now what??? UPDATE 11/21/22- The letter was re-delivered. SUCCESS! I appreciate the follow up. Thanks for your attentiveness.

Very fast efficient…good service.

Throughout this whole process everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice and gave great info. The only downside I had in using you was everything is done by email only and having to make an apt each time to try and talk to someone is just ridiculous. You have to wait a week or more out after making your apt. Being able to talk to someone on the phone is a lot easier to understand things especially when this isn’t something you do everyday. It’s very hard to understand terms and technology they use in an email. I would say this is the most frustrating part about using your company for help in suing someone. The lady I spoke with and gave feed back said how much she appreciated it and the more they hear they can try and push for change. Thag would be great. Not that I plan on using these services again to sue someone but I felt this could have gone easier and more smoothly. Also trying to follow directions of printing things so I don’t have to pay the extra fee is hard. I am unable to do so and is making this more hard and frustrating. Please help your customers more phone calls are a lot better than emails so much easier to understand the process. Things aren’t missed. And when only having email to go off of. Things get lost in translation it’s just easier to explain verbally.

Overall it's worth using PeopleClerk for small claims. They are helpful and do a nice job of preparation. There was some breakdown with serving the papers. They did a c/o service and the judge did not accept it. When I notified my project manager she responded that that is how they do it because the other address was out of state. My issue with this is they could have told me and given me the option to serve additional addresses. Instead the decision was made for me. Otherwise they are precise and worth a try.
