Frustrating process
Throughout this whole process everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice and gave great info. The only downside I had in using you was everything is done by email only and having to make an apt each time to try and talk to someone is just ridiculous. You have to wait a week or more out after making your apt. Being able to talk to someone on the phone is a lot easier to understand things especially when this isn’t something you do everyday. It’s very hard to understand terms and technology they use in an email. I would say this is the most frustrating part about using your company for help in suing someone. The lady I spoke with and gave feed back said how much she appreciated it and the more they hear they can try and push for change. Thag would be great. Not that I plan on using these services again to sue someone but I felt this could have gone easier and more smoothly. Also trying to follow directions of printing things so I don’t have to pay the extra fee is hard. I am unable to do so and is making this more hard and frustrating. Please help your customers more phone calls are a lot better than emails so much easier to understand the process. Things aren’t missed. And when only having email to go off of. Things get lost in translation it’s just easier to explain verbally.
