I am very happy to now know about Julian Fashion. I primarily purchase my high-end fashion online. The price difference from the U.S. is incredible. I was able to purchase a runway piece from Valentino but unfortunately, it didn't fit and had to return the item. I lost over 1K in duties and taxes. I won't be able to use Julian Fashion again unless I know 100% I will not need to return.

Expensive shipping for an order within the EU, and then surprise. They don’t offer a return service, is on you! Even if is within the EU, is really not that difficult for them to arrange a decent return service, if the order would be outside of the EU I get it but this is just a proof that this is a rubbishy boutique.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered a pair of sneakers that didn’t fit and had to return them – at my own expense. Not only do they refuse to cover return shipping, but they also charge €20 if you want to use their return label. That’s outrageous for an international retailer claiming to be “premium.” Communication was slow and unhelpful. The return policy is rigid and completely customer-unfriendly. No flexibility, no goodwill – just a cold, bureaucratic process designed to make returns as difficult as possible. Will never order here again. There are far better options with honest, transparent service. Avoid this store at all costs.
