Love the dolce and gabbana dress. I have been buying from Julian for almost a decade and I never face any delovery quality or product issues. They are prompt in shipping out and an honest retailer with decent product offerings though I wish larger sizes were more commonly available e,g, Sz IT 46 and upwards In this case I was able to snag the Sz48 and so happy with the buy. An absolute joke of a company. Needed to return an item as it wasn't suitable. They refused to refund the taxes on the item, and then wanted $45 to return the item (a $179 item). So for an item that cost $219 with taxes they wanted to refund $134. DO NOT BUY FROM JULIAN FASHION. Scam artists.

I ordered boots with a heel height of 6cm, but received 8cm. This is the second time I've received the wrong size, and since it was purchased from Japan, there's nothing I can do even if I return it because the customs duties are not refunded. I'm very disappointed.
