An absolute joke of a company. Needed to return an item as it wasn't suitable. They refused to refund the taxes on the item, and then wanted $45 to return the item (a $179 item). So for an item that cost $219 with taxes they wanted to refund $134. DO NOT BUY FROM JULIAN FASHION. Scam artists.
