I ordered a necklace from Jeulia and it broke within the first week—the clasp completely fell apart. I contacted customer service expecting a replacement under their “1-year warranty” and “30-day satisfaction guarantee.” Instead, I was told I had to pay shipping just to get a replacement… for something that was clearly defective from the start. After pushing back, they dropped the fee to $5—honestly I feel like this business is avoiding full responsibility and accountability you should honor your policies and warranties I ended up filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Jeulia to anyone expecting quality service or accountability.

Everything is as it's suppose to be. Easy to find what you looking for. Easy payment. Loved it

Its been exactly 17 days since i places my order. I have still not received it. The courier used lacks basic communication. You cant get a hold of anyone, and no answer are received. I cant comment on quality of product, I can however mention that a 30 days exchange will never be sufficient because you will probably only get your order in that time. Dont make any proposal plans until you have the ring. Im yet to receive the one i order, at this point not even sure if i would get it, after i spent a hefty amount of money. Im disappointed, after i read the reviews i was confident in placing the order with Jeulia. Definitely will not order here again.

Commande de deux paires de boucles d’oreilles passée le 18/06 ( Je dois les porter le 4/07 pour un mariage) Le site me précise qu’elle sera envoyée sous 7 à 9 jours ouvrés. Inquiète de toujours voir ma commande «  en traitement » le 27, je signale ma préoccupation à Jeulia. Réponse : « Délai de livraison = temps de traitement (5-10 jours ouvrables) + temps d'expédition (9-15 jours ouvrables) » Rien à voir avec le délai annoncé lors de ma commande. Je ne la recevrai pas à temps et demande par conséquent son annulation. Réponse : « Veuillez noter que votre commande a été envoyée en production 2 heures après la réception de votre paiement. Par conséquent, des frais de matériaux de 30 % seront facturés si vous décidez d'annuler la commande maintenant » Merveilleux : produites 2 heures après ma commande le 18/06 mais toujours « en traitement » le 29. 11 jours occupés à ? Mon interlocutrice reconnaît une erreur de Jeulia (« Nous nous excusons de vous avoir communiqué un temps de traitement incorrect dans notre dernier e-mail ») mais qu’importe, c’est moi qui vais en subir les conséquences. Bilan : je dois acheter deux nouvelles paires de boucles d’oreilles et celles de Jeulia arriveront quand je serai au mariage, à 1200 kms de chez moi. J’ouvre ce jour un dossier auprès des services de la répression des fraudes qui, soit dit en passant, sont d’une efficacité remarquable.
