Disappointed & Overcharged for a Defective Necklace
I ordered a necklace from Jeulia and it broke within the first week—the clasp completely fell apart. I contacted customer service expecting a replacement under their “1-year warranty” and “30-day satisfaction guarantee.” Instead, I was told I had to pay shipping just to get a replacement… for something that was clearly defective from the start. After pushing back, they dropped the fee to $5—honestly I feel like this business is avoiding full responsibility and accountability you should honor your policies and warranties I ended up filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend Jeulia to anyone expecting quality service or accountability.
