Wasn’t sure what to expect, but Jack Health seriously came through. The signup was smooth, everything was private (big win), and the product? Actually works. I started noticing results faster than I thought and I felt more confident overall. Definitely sticking with them.

They sent me products and I did not see notification because it went to junk mail I notified them that I no longer wanted their pills and would refuse the shipment they told me that since it had been shipped already that their policy was that they could not accept return

Easy and fast with médical support and privacy
Jack health is good,but delivery by FedEx is not. I have requested many times for delivery to be held at a FedEx pickup location but it still shows up at my door
The questionnaire I had to fill out just to get my refill was very annoying. Either make the questions more appropriate for refill customers or here's a thought... Just ask if anything's changed or in need of change like a doctor would.
I’ve used Jack Health twice now, and both experiences have been frustrating. Approval takes longer than expected, and once the prescription is approved, the issues don’t stop there. Both times, they submitted the wrong shipping address—even though I entered it correctly—causing delays of several days. Their online chat support is painfully slow, often taking hours or even days to respond. When they do reply, the help is minimal and usually redirects the problem elsewhere. The shipping partner they use is worse. They require you to confirm delivery details, but when there’s an issue—like needing to update your address—they’re unable or unwilling to make changes, leaving you stuck in limbo. There’s no sense of urgency or accountability on either end. If you need your medication quickly or value basic customer service, I wouldn’t recommend Jack Health.
Customer service is terrible, response time is very long up to more than 24 hours, very bad service
First rate staff, very helpful especially the pharmacy staff.
