The DVDs had extremely bad quality, it was basically impossible to watch the material on it. Cleaning them helped a little bit, but ultimately I was never able to properly use them.

I ordered and received a copy of The South Wind Knows. The DVD had good picture quality, but the English subtitles were awful. A character would speak and often no subtitles would appear or one word would come up after a lengthy conversation. I have streamed this film several times with excellent subtitles, so I know the copy you sent me was sub-standard. I did write a complaint but never received a reply.

Great service AND having Is a terrific t v series (Bad banks) on a dvd that will play in region 1. Would be great if they had a region 1 dvd of Deutschland 86
