Horrible dvds. The first dvd randomly paused for various lengths of time and the audio was horrible (off-speed, off-tune, scratchy, hard to hear, highly synthesized). I put in dvd 2 to see if things would be better and it was far worse, most of the episode was blue screen with lines all over the place and a highly sped-up audio that no one could understand in the background. Worst dvds we’ve ever experienced.

After looking for years I finally found the Ministry of Time series on DVD. My order was received accurately and on a timely basis.

i did email, but no reply . the quality of the the tv series was shocking, i couldnt watch any of it, i tried various episodes . have you tried watching it ? an absolute discrace

Looked everywhere for months to find these specific home and Away episodes paid $100 AUD and received them within 24 hours and exactly what I wanted

The DVDs for the most part were really good and I was really happy that I found these episodes on a DVD format. A few of the episodes were off with the voices where the voices were not matched the actors talking. But other than that the episodes were fantastic, hope one day we get the entire series on a DVD format and the shipping was great too and received DVDs quickly thank you

You charged me $39 extra for expedited delivery (For Australian Mother's Day) but you seemed to have sent it by normal post -- which means it wont get here before the end of May at the earliest. A very poor -- and disappointing -- effort

The DVDs you sent me were great viewing and clear

I selected to download movie files (Instead of getting the DVD) for a hard to find television series ... Halfway Across the Galaxy and Turn Left. What I got I got was poor quality conversions possibly recorded from GB televison, unlikely that they were from DVD ... as I think the DVD release was in German. Anyway, there was a mix of formats with the files, so that is dubious for a start. If copied from the DVD they should all be the same. The only reason I didn't give one star was the fact that even the very bad quality was better than nothing, as I now have a record of the whole series. Better than nothing, and what should I expect from a site that looks dodgy from the get go?! I suppose I could fork out for the DVD but now am of the mind that I would get the same files burned to DVD not the official release. Hard to say, and I am not willing to take the chance.
