Terrible English subtitles
I ordered and received a copy of The South Wind Knows. The DVD had good picture quality, but the English subtitles were awful. A character would speak and often no subtitles would appear or one word would come up after a lengthy conversation. I have streamed this film several times with excellent subtitles, so I know the copy you sent me was sub-standard. I did write a complaint but never received a reply.
