Love the new watch.

MY ORDER ARRIVED IN Perfect condition today! Which is pretty much always. I usually will pay for express shipping. Normally always when buying multiple watches or higher end limited edition models. I have so few problems it’s not even worth mentioning them. I don’t think more than 4 returns out of a few hundred watches that I purchased. One recently was mechanical automatic JT Gold Tone LE model. with a glass fiber dial and accents with an open heart design. I saw that I was not able to wind it up manually with the crown. However! I have mostly automatic watches and this was never a problem. They are always incredibly fast with processing my orders from start to finish. Which I greatly appreciate there efforts. Today is actually 7 days since my JT watch was returned and received by your team on Friday November 31st 2024. I actually spoke with Jessica today about my return credit! She was so professional. Jessica was extremely pleasant and a very helpful person. I received my credit and new watch 2 days later. Thank you Invicta Stores🙏🏻 and keep up the great work! Happy Holidays!

Complete and total garbage. Every watch I bought from them has either died broken or parts fall off. Their silicone watch straps are garbage. Their entire line of products are garbage made in a foreign country. They don't stand behind their warranties.

My wife bought me this same watch to work in about a year ago but I liked it so much I bought another one for dress. So far I've purchased 4 watches and I love them all. Forced me to get a display case and thats ok. Thank you for such great time pieces.

Worst customer service I have experienced dealt with. I purchased two watches from them directly online one was advertised as a limited edition and show’d it in a nice matching pink box after ordering I recieved an email stating once watches are shipped I will be informed! This never happened. Eventually i followed up with customer support and within 30 minutes I had the automated response item is shipped, to which I assumed they must have missed my order or forgot! But I then received an argumentative email telling me the item was shipped already! (From support team) When item arrived it was NOT as advertised and can in a beaten up yellow box with damage to the watch as it was not packed correctly to avoid damage Over the next week 3 emails were completely ignored and I even WhatsApp messaged them to which I was told the pictures on the website were wrong and they don’t have control of damage when shipping! I replied with questions and have since been completely ignored! AVOID AVOID AVOID! I will not be purchasing from a company that has absolutely no respect for their customers and falsely advertise items

Received an Invicta watch as a present Xmas 2023 and completed the warranty Watch was losing at least 4 minutes in 24 hrs as per the warranty twice attempted to send watch back to Holland from uk but rejected by customs in Holland and returned. I have now taken it to a reputable repairer in uk who states the movement wants replacing at a cost of £157 Contact with the company states they can do nothing AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS ZERO!!
