Received order quickly. The three watches were a great value.
I placed my first order with them for $278 for three watches and a watch briefcase. The company advertises free shipping over $99 but I was charged $12.99 shipping without notification! I contacted them and they claimed they charge shipping on any order containing a "heavy item" and somehow the watch briefcase qualified as such. I asked them to cancel and refund the watch briefcase. They did, but still did not refund the shipping! Another message to CS. Finally they refunded the shipping and now I've waited a week for them to ship three watches. They promise 3-5 business days. I messaged them again and just got the runaround. I'm filing a PayPal dispute.
It’s a very nice and well made watch. I love the chocolate color too.
Good prices but the shipping time is HORRIBLE. My order has been sitting for over a week, unshipped. If they cancel the order, then I'm going to suspect dishonest advertising to get out of discounts.

Order #1010868645 (02/16/2025) I,ve purchased an Invicta watch online and received it (02/26/2025) I had to go to the Invicta store to have the wristband adjust, it was too big and also have to pay extra money to get this done. It is unfair to buy something and pay for shipping and when get it have to go to the store and pay extra. I have to say that the guys at the store at West Palm Beach treat me very well, I have not complaints about them. I have to give them 5 stars.
Good watches for the dollar but pathetic slow shipping times,10 days from Invicta store in Florida to my door in CT. I have ordered many things over seas and had it at my door with in 7 days. Now my second Invicta watch order still shows on Fedex for three days now and didn't come on the expecting delivery date and all tracking has stopped.Never again will I order anything from the Invicta store do to slow processing and delivery times nothing to do with the watch quality.
I ordered from invictaatores.com and at check out I put my shipping address in the fields. During payment they offered PayPal for payments which is a quick way for me to pay. Somehow they switched my shipping address to my address listed on PayPal--i did not authorized this and no other websites have done this. I noticed their mistake within 5 minutes if placing the order and sent them an email to make sure they send to the correct address. Two days later they finally respond to me saying they refuse to cancel shipments or change addresses once the order is placed and that they will ship to the incorrect address because that is their policy. I can only hope since I have the shipping insurance that they will honor that as they are knowingly doing the wrong thing for the customer because "policy".
I already own a few Invicta watches and my issue isn't with them exactly, it's with Invicta Stores. So, the good news is the watches are quite good and very good value for money. Their appearance can be a little subjective so buy whichever one floats your boat. But buy them from a local watch shop or even Walmart. If online is your thing, then Amazon or AliX or Jomashop. Anywhere but Invicta Stores. I didn't bother checking reviews before I ordered one but have done so since. It's clear that shipping and customer service are the issues and I can confirm that to be the case. My order has been "processing" for four days now, it hasn't left Invicta and USPS do not yet have the item to ship. And that's for $12 shipping, so I'm not sure what exactly I paid for there since it hasn't yet been shipped. I emailed them and raised it and got a couple of very brusk replies back from an Invicta employee who signed the email as "Anna". I unsure of it a real person or not and don't really care. They were rude messages and they don't make any effort to try and address the question raised, they just fell back on some excuse regarding stated shipping and dispatch times. That demonstrates to me that they know their shipping and service is poor but are not looking to fix either, they just intend to argue about it. I'm not a huge fan of being spoken to that way by a company that I'm a customer of and won't allow it to happen again. So, by all means buy an Invicta watch, just buy it from a third party vendor and not these people. Unless you are happy to pay a high price for shipping that then takes forever and don't expect a polite response if you raise it. I won't be using them again. First Update. The watch arrived. I ordered it on the 21st Feb. For a few days I got email notifications stating the order was "processing". I emailed them back and queried the timescale and as previously stated got the somewhat snotty response regarding how long they say things take. On the 27th Feb I got an email stating it was prepared for shipping, NOTE that this does NOT mean it has been shipped. They play a clever game of producing a shipping note and using that as a shipping date but it does not correspond with the dates I have from USPS. USPS received the item on Feb 28th. So that is 6 or 7 days for the item to leave Invicta. I don't think it should take more than 48 hours to leave the shop. Once USPS got the item it arrived here on March 3rd. I opened it and immediately saw that the bezel did not rotate, it appeared to be stuck. I emailed Invicta within 20 minutes of opening the box. I had no reply by the next day so I emailed them again, I did get a reply to this one. It was somewhat generic and stated they would look into it. I emailed them again the next day with a little more force asking them to deal with this problem and finally got a reply stating that they had incorrectly described the watch on their website and that it was in fact a fixed bezel. So that is today, March 5th. So far they appear to have no interest in correcting a falsely described item. If they do, I will update. I have started a claim via my credit card company and filed a complaint under the BBB. In the meantime, I ordered an Invicta from Walmart and it arrives tomorrow. So, I repeat. By all means buy one, just not from Invicta Stores.

This is not my first order with Invicta watch company. Your products are very good. I signed up for the 20% off discount and was told when I called that I was unable to use it because this was not my first order. I don’t think it’s fair to advertise 20% off and not give it to all the customers!
I received my product pretty quick. It was exactly what I order.
I ordered a watch on 12/28/24. The e-mail information stated that the watch would ship in 1 to 3 days. I signed onto e-mails from Invicta and was inundated with 8-10 e-mails per day, but no information on shipping. Today is 1/7/24 and I called Invicta re status. I was on hold for 31 minutes when I gave up. So maybe the watch will soon ship... maybe not. But the incessant e-mails are REALLY bothersome!

Love their watches was gonna make a order on 400€ using the new years voucher -10% but i started digging and they made it so its impossible to get any vouchers.. so yes they scammed you. Cant post from my dev tools but debugged it and they made it so you cant get a voucher..
I bought a Subaqua Dive watch that stopped working after a few months. I sent it to Invicta watch repair, along with the proof of purchase from Invicta. They got back to me with an estimate of repair for $210.00 stating the watch needed a new movement. The invicta warranty specifically says the movement is covered under the warranty. Sounds like a scam!
