I have used internet ink for a number of years now. And have found the service all round to be top of the Charts. Congratulations on your which award well deserved.

Been using this company for a while now and never had any problems with their cartridges, always excellent service.

Just ordered myself a couple of sets of printer ink, The first lot I ordered lasted ages and was delivered promptly, the reason I chose Internet-ink was the review given on the "Which" site, I always try and research most products as I am "careful" with money LOL although some call me something else!!

It is only fair to add a third positive review for Internet-Ink. I suddenly found myself printer-stymied because it wouldn't accept the new cartridges I loaded - all from Internet-Ink. This was new & I didn't understand why (it may have involved a senior moment). No panic - I emailed Internet Ink & had a reply almost immediately. The next morning I got from Kirsty Haining a clear & specific explanation of how to right things. Job done!

I have been using Internet-Ink since 2015 and never complained; it works perfectly every time I change compatible ink cartridges with my Epson printer and saves me much needed money. Thank you.

Always buy from internet ink as they are good value, reliable & the inks keep well not drying out like some others.

Although I do my ordering and payments online I did on one recent occasion have to order by telephone.I found the lady who took my order and answered my queries very helpful.Orders always arrive very quickly with never any problems.A pleasure to trade with.

I have used Internet Ink for many years. Their compatibles are brilliant for my Epsom SX535WD and save a fortune over Epsom replacements. The cartridges always arrive within a couple of days and out of dozens used over the years I have only ever had one not work (and this was replaced instantly and without question). Great company!

I always seem to struggle to purchase my HP cartridges from a store. They are never in stock. However, whenever I have ordered from Internet Ink, there never seems to be a problem, hence I can thoroughly recommend them. I don't bother with the stores any more.

I have been using Internet Ink for many years and I have always received good service. When I made an error with the printer code they contacted me to make sure it was what I needed thus avoiding any unwanted inks. Great customer service.
