Full marks again
It is only fair to add a third positive review for Internet-Ink. I suddenly found myself printer-stymied because it wouldn't accept the new cartridges I loaded - all from Internet-Ink. This was new & I didn't understand why (it may have involved a senior moment). No panic - I emailed Internet Ink & had a reply almost immediately. The next morning I got from Kirsty Haining a clear & specific explanation of how to right things. Job done!
