I have been using Internet ink for years and have never looked elsewhere as they give a brilliant service, delivery is fast and the ink is quality stuff.

I ordered the wrong ink and this was spotted at their office and I was informed. They corrected the order and sent it for me. As a technophobe I was very grateful for their help. Incidentally their ink cartridges are very reasonably priced and excellent quality.

Excellant site for good, cheap ink cartridges. One problem was it didn't recognise my password and was not sent by email as requested. Had to sign on as guest via another email address.

I have ordered a few times this year and I am very impressed with the quality of the Canon compatible inks and the PRICE. I can get about five cartridges for the price of one branded one elsewhere, The service is also excellent, plus free postage and a loyalty discount. I wish I had discovered the site years earlier.

My Canon printer failed late last night so I reached out to internet-ink.com from their website outlining my problem being that although I only wanted to print in black (and the black cartridge contained ink) my printer refused. Kirsty emailed back in the morning explaining exactly for my printer how to check the other colour cartridges because all have to have enough ink in or the printer will not work. I checked and phoned her and, in our conversation, she guided me to order the correct set of 4 cartridges and she helped me save money in selecting the (non-generic), compatible ink, which she even permitted me an additional saving on, by included a “previous customer discount”. Tracy’s knowledge and efficiency has meant a lot to me because often buying on the internet can be a nightmare of being left to pick from lists of products on a "take it or leave it " basis. To have been able to have reached out with my problem and Tracy to have solved it so quickly has caused me to write this review of, "magnificent old-fashioned service”, which is appreciated as working from home can be a nightmare if your printer lets you down. So, thank you Tracy and Internet-ink.com because today you made a difference and such a UK based company deserves success as provides amazing value for money and genuine efficient human service Thank you Gerald

Excellent product with fast delivery

What keeps me coming back is that it's good ink. Doesn't fade like most internet inks.

I have used Internet Ink for many years and always found their inks and delivery spot on. I have just ordered my second set this year and the price is the same whereas I checked another supplier and their carts were over £10 more for the same thing. And as returning customer I get 10% discount. It all adds up.... My goto ink supplier.
