Amazing Value for Money & Magnificent Old Fashion Service where you require help-Highly Recommended
My Canon printer failed late last night so I reached out to internet-ink.com from their website outlining my problem being that although I only wanted to print in black (and the black cartridge contained ink) my printer refused. Kirsty emailed back in the morning explaining exactly for my printer how to check the other colour cartridges because all have to have enough ink in or the printer will not work. I checked and phoned her and, in our conversation, she guided me to order the correct set of 4 cartridges and she helped me save money in selecting the (non-generic), compatible ink, which she even permitted me an additional saving on, by included a “previous customer discount”. Tracy’s knowledge and efficiency has meant a lot to me because often buying on the internet can be a nightmare of being left to pick from lists of products on a "take it or leave it " basis. To have been able to have reached out with my problem and Tracy to have solved it so quickly has caused me to write this review of, "magnificent old-fashioned service”, which is appreciated as working from home can be a nightmare if your printer lets you down. So, thank you Tracy and Internet-ink.com because today you made a difference and such a UK based company deserves success as provides amazing value for money and genuine efficient human service Thank you Gerald
