I have bought ink- cartridges from Internet- Ink for over 8 years and have always had excellent service.

Excellent company to deal with. Brother compatible inks have always worked well in my MFC and great value. Only one colour ink issue in more than five years.

I purchased an Internet-ink HP301XL refilled black cartridge which I kept in unopened box for a couple of months before needing to fit it when my existing emptied on a Friday evening mid print. Printer declared the cartridge to be corrupt, but luckily I had a new Wilko spare as well so I fitted that. Installed OK but then it too was shown as corrupt!! Refitted the old, empty cartridge and guess what, it too was now corrupt. Bebooted and swapped colour and black a couple of times but to no avail. Now very tired and frustrated I borrowed daughter's printer and later posted a complaint on Company's service page. They asked me to return the cartridge in question for testing but I could not identify for certain which of the three identical black/orange cover cartridges was Internet-inks's and therefore, in fairness, could not do. I have carried on using my daughter's printer because I believe the 'corrupt' cartridge has damaged my HP 2542. I'm certainly not going to risk buying a new pair of original HP304's for it when I can get a new printer for not much more than what they will cost me. Having it looked at by our local IT shop will cost even more! So, all in all, a very disappointing purchase and I'll stick to Wilko in future. Chalk this one up to experience I guess.

I use INTERNET-INK for all my supplies. Never had a problem,good prices, quick delivery and discounts. What's not to like

HP compatible toners. They should be careful using the term "High Capacity" as I have proven that the black toner for HP printer printed 1512 pages (and states 1500 left) yet is now EMPTY. I believe that it is empty, but should not be the case, as, if High Capacity it should print around 3200 pages. The support team were difficult to deal with and would only replace if faulty. I I have used compatibles from other suppliers without this issue. Their factory is saying that the printer reports can not be relied upon which is not a reasonable assumption as it has been fine and continues to do so on all colours and helps to convince customers that the quantum is being reached. I TOTALLY believe the page counting on the HP software as I have noted this down and counted manually which matches the results when checked. I will not be using Internet-Ink again as I can't afford to. I also note that the cost has reduced from £175 in January (o/No 4970538) to around £95 which shows how bad these cartridges must be. I did have an issue with a yellow cartridge toner from 'Cartridge-Save' which they replaced within 3 days. That is what customer service is all about.

I have used internetink for many years now and will continue to do so. I use only their compatible ink products for my Epson XP-412 printer which is many years old itself but I have never had a problem with the compatible ink products. The ink never dries out on the head, never smears and operates faultlessly from installation to empty. It is good to know that each cartridge will be reliable. Their delivery is very quick and the prices exceptional with the ongoing bonus of a discount code too. Highly recommended.

Over 2 weeks ago I ordered some ink for our new Canon printer. Internet Inks are rated highly by Which and had the ink "in stock". They also took payment immediately. I have now run out of black ink and am still waiting for the new ink to arrive! I will go back to our original supplier as I would have had the ink and forgotten about it by now! Having just been told by Internet Inks that it was shipped on the same day & confirming we have not received anything. I checked my spam and found the following dated Friday the 29th July: ---------- Dear xxx Order 4989400 Created on Internet Ink Order Status: Shipped Your order has now left our warehouse and is within the Royal Mail delivery system... ---------- So it wasn't dispatched on the day we ordered it at all! I suppose the good news is that it is on the way to us?
