The side table I received is solid and looks nice in my bedroom. The ordering process was smooth and I appreciated being able to customize the dimensions. However, the delivery window they provided was quite broad and I had to stay home all day waiting. The final product makes up for the inconvenience though.
My dresser arrived in perfect condition and the drawers slide smoothly. The wood grain is beautiful and matches my other furniture well. Only minor complaint is that the hardware feels a bit lightweight compared to the rest of the piece. Still very satisfied with the purchase.
The chair I received looks great and is comfortable, but there was a small scratch on one of the legs that I didn't notice until after assembly. The customization options are impressive and the overall quality seems good. Shipping was faster than expected which was a nice surprise.
While the bench I ordered is nice quality, waiting 4 months for delivery was excessive. The communication about delays could have been better too. The piece itself is fine but nothing extraordinary for the price and wait time involved.
Absolutely thrilled with my custom dining table. The wood finish is beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my space.
From browsing their website to receiving my nightstand, everything went smoothly. The piece is well-constructed and the finish is exactly what I hoped for. Delivery was on time and the packaging protected everything perfectly during shipping. Would definitely order from them again for future furniture needs.
The ottoman I ordered is well-made and the color is perfect for my living room. However, for the price point, I expected faster shipping and maybe better packaging.
The quality of the sofa I ordered is fantastic - really well made and the fabric feels premium. However, the delivery took almost 3 months longer than initially promised. Customer service was responsive when I reached out, but the delays were frustrating. Overall happy with the final product though.
Being able to specify exact dimensions and choose from so many fabric options made this perfect for my small apartment. The loveseat fits exactly where I needed it to and the quality is great for the price point.
Every detail on my coffee table is perfect. You can tell they take pride in their work.
My custom bookshelf arrived perfectly packaged and the craftsmanship is impressive. The finish is smooth and the proportions are exactly what I specified. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. Very happy with this purchase and will definitely order from them again.
Had an issue with my original order and their team went above and beyond to make it right. They sent a replacement piece quickly and even followed up to ensure I was satisfied. The furniture itself is well-crafted and looks exactly like the photos online. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for quality custom pieces.
