Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again .

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

Amazing 5 Star Service

Amazing service. Booked a cruise December 2018 for 30th wedding anniversary & somehow the return date was incorrect. I rang yesterday and Nutan looked into the matter for me and amended the return date without any charge as I had organised a football trip with my husband and son on day of return. Nutan & Infinity Cruises have gone the extra mile to ensure we truly enjoy our special occasions. Honestly grateful to Nutan & Infinity Cruises for their swift response and action to change flights for us, truly amazing 5 star service *****

I do not recommend this company at all

I do not recommend this company at all. Booked an Alaska cruise from Seattle with a rail transfer to Chicago at the end of the cruise. Paid extra for city centre hotels and premium economy seats on the flights. When I checked the hotels they were not city centre so had to ring and get those amended. Was told the sleeping car on the train had a toilet but no shower, was told this many times in the booking process as I double checked with them. On boarding the train the room we had been booked in was the width of a seat with no toilet. On checking in for the flight from Chicago to Heathrow we had been booked in an economy seat, despite all the paperwork stating it should be premium economy. The seat had been booked using award points (not ours) even though we had paid "real money" a year earlier when we booked. They have offered us £75 each as the difference between premium economy and the economy seat we were given. This has been going on since we returned from the holiday in June. Truly appalling, we take 3 cruises a year and will never book with them again.

Have used infinity cruises a number of times and have always found them friendly and efficient. They go the extra mile to make sure a booking is exactly what is wanted and, as far as I am concerned, have not disappointed! Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Infinity Cruises…

Excellent service from Infinity Cruises as usual. We heard from British Airways that our flight was cancelled with two days warning when at sea with no WiFi and phone signal about to disappear. Infinity staff were amazing and rebooked our flight and booked lovely hotel in Barcelona (paid for by BA) and contacted the ship with all the details so no stress for us. Brilliant!

Just booked an amazing South American cruise with Celebrity early next year. After reading reviews of Infinity I was sceptical.. But the deal I got is unbeatable and everything was so easy and smooth in the booking process. So far.. Let's hope it continues..

AS A WOMAN IN HER 70'S, WITH MAJOR ANXIETY ISSUES, PHYSICAL DISABILITY AND WHEELCHAIR USER, MY ADVICE IS STAY CLEAR. THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE CAUSED TO MY MENTAL HEALTH IS DISGRACEFUL, AND WE ARE ONLY AT THE BOOKING STAGE.THEY INSIST ON A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, A VERY LARGE ONE, GIVE APPALLING SERVICE, IGNORE YOU NOT RETURN YOUR CONTACT, PROMISE INFORMATION THAT IS NOT FORTHCOMING, ETC,ETC TO SUCH A EXTENT THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL. THEY SAY FINE- WE HAVE YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, OFF YOU GO, THEY DO NOT CARE. IT'S ALMOST AS THOUGH THEY GIVE YOU THIS APPALLING SERVICE ON PURPOSE TO GET YOU TO LEAVE. STAY CLEAR--GO ELSEWHERE-- YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY OR WORSE STILL, YOUR MIND, LIKE I ALMOST HAVE. IF YOU ARE STILL NOT SURE, I HAVE E-MAILS BACKING EVERYTHING I HAVE STATED

Do not book with them, they do not deliver what they advertise.

I so wish I’d read this site before booking. Prior to going on holiday I had to check the hotels we were allocated and change one, I also had to fight for all our transfers, alough the advert said transfers included. Also had to query the extra tour we paid for, the itinerary did not match the advert, the manager basically said ‘tough’ I a play on words. I had to chase the transfer docks as they were incorrect. Having flown for our South America . Cruise. There was no transfer. Thankfully I found a lady dealing with a different party. She took us to our hotel. Having complained we were offered a complimentary trip, which was not on the tour guides list so I had to prove to him that we were entitled to go on the trip. I also questioned the flights for us as we had stopover flights an one occasion only 1 hour transfer. Guess what the flight from Rio was delayed by 30 minutes so we missed our connecting flight. Then had to grovel for another flight home and wait in Rome airport for 6 hours. We also had to pay for luggage on one of our flights. Whilst I consider Bárbara Lopez to be a positive knowledgeable lady who does try to care for the customers. The company do NOT support her kind words. I notice some people on review page mention the cruise. Yes. The cruise was fantastic, but that was Celebrity not Infinity. I am waiting for a response to my complaint. And can confidently say. I will never book with them again.

Booked an Expensive Far East cruise...

Booked an expensive far east cruise, spending thousands. Couldn't do the online check in with the cruise line or airline and rang for help. Said they would call back in 30 minutes - it took three days, be which time i had rung the cruise line and got the help i needed. I was never able to book in online with Air China. The flights were indirect but this wasn't clear at the time of booking, we only found out later. Took over 24 hour to get from our hotel in Japan back home. First flight was so early an expensive taxi was the only way to get to the airport on time. Then a three hour flight to Beijing, six hour wait for the transfer, and ten and a half hours to Heathrow, two hour drive home. ( No Gatwick flights) May have been cheaper this way, but it was a nightmare. Should have booked our own flights and cruise in hindsight. Would never use them again.
