Ich habe meine Bestellung in völlig unzumutbarem Zustand erhalten. Die Verpackung war aufgerissen, die Ware ausgelaufen und somit unbrauchbar. Anstatt sich um eine Lösung zu kümmern, wurde mir vom Verkäufer sogar unterstellt, ich würde lügen oder mir die Geschichte ausdenken. So ein respektloser Umgang mit Kunden ist inakzeptabel. Ich habe natürlich alles mit Fotos dokumentiert und werde diesen Vorfall auch im Bekanntenkreis weitergeben. Für mich ist klar: Hier bestelle ich nie wieder und kann nur abraten!
