Terribly run company; lack of customer support; terrible TERRIBLE program that keeps changing; benefits lost over time; DO NOT TRUST AND DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!

They tell you they will match what you put into the account, but they don't let you use your own money! If you want to cruise, you can only use small portions of what is in your account and then you have to come out of pocket even though you have thousands of $$ dollars sitting in your account! I can't believe how they get away with this! Their mission is to create affordable cruising experiences. That is the biggest BS I have ever heard! THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE. I have paid into this 3 years and accumulated $9,000 worth of cruise points (couldn't cruise during Covid). When I finally went to book a cruise. I was only allowed to use $1,200 of those $9,000 points, so I decided to book a second cruise six months later to use my remaining points and they only allowed me to use $52 from the remaining points. If I cancel my membership I lose the cruise I booked, which is three months away, so I have to pay them $300 more to keep the membership active until then, and then when the cruise is over I can cancel, but will leave all that money behind because you give them your hard earned money, and THEY DON'T LET YOU APPLY THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO BOOK A CRUISE. THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE. They design it so you keep paying into it and have no choice but to walk away leaving your money behind, or continue to pay forever, never using up what you have saved up. THIEVES. NOTHING BUT THIEVES. I am never speaking to the friend who introduced me to this.

I was approach to join this in a rush, the lady even went home in the night to collect my cash and enrolled me, if I had the chance to read the details and MAINLY, if I was explained better I would had had a moment to think, in the rush she missed to explain lots of things though. 1 I was enrolled as partner, I clearly explained the lady that I didn't know lots of people to enrol in the business but she kept saying that this was the best call to do, I should take it by then as things and offers were changing the next day, so she left with my money and I was enrolled. 2 After a year of $100 payments I didn't know that there was a members yearly membership to pay. 3 When trying to book a cruise, you can only use part of the points you have. 4 looking at the booking page, most of the cruises start abroad therefore those arrangements have to be made at separate cost. 5 the company gives 2x1 points but these can't be used after 2 years of being with the company, nevertheless, I am sure you won't be able to use all of those point in one booking, as I mentioned earlier when I tried to book with my own points and I wasn't able. As i am not interested in team membership I asked for refund, little i know that there were 14 days for this to do so, I made two payments in april, I was wondering if the $100 suddenly become $95, I was ok, until this lady (the recruiter) asked me to pay an outstanding invoice left, to which I responded that I paid two, then she explained that what I paid was the membership, she then told me to contact them and as for refund but I surely wouldn't have it because there is only 14 days for this to happen, she also said that lots of people miss this as they didn't know, (I was wondering why an how) and yes, she was right, as much as I explained I wasn't given the refund, at some point I think they got tired of me and replied: Hola, Confirme una vez más que desea simplemente eliminar su plan de socio sabiendo que no se otorgará ningún reembolso. Atentamente, Reembolso InCruceros If I agree to that the $1200 I had paid in the past 12 months weren't coming to my bank account. However as I mentioned earlier if the person that invites to join this company explains better without rushing people wouldn't have a bad experience as we will know from the beginning what we are signing for as when I joined i though it will be great saving for a holiday. BYW this is not a moan, this is my experience and frustration, I hope it helps someone before joining this MLM company and do a little research.

Luego de ser socio por casi dos años, decidi ingresar a la pàgina para ver si podia hacer un crucero. Tengo 4000.00 dólares acumulados. Al hacer la reservación solo me permiten utilizar una porción del dinero. O sea tengo que pagar por mi cuenta la mitad del costo del crucero. Teniendo dinero suficiente para cubrir el crucero. Esto es un engaño, uno entra en esto pensando que aportando $100 dólares mensuales y la compañìa supuestamente aporta 100.00. Luego te cambian las reglas ahora tambièn cada seis meses tienes que pagar $95 dólares, otra regla nueva. No se dejen engañar por esta compañia y los que les venden falsas esperanzas. Tàmpoco te devuelven el dinero ya invertido en la compañia. Un fraude total. Abri caso en Daco y lo voy hacer tambièn en BBB. Gente no se deje engañar.

Check well on your page because you have the option to also pay for the drink and the internet. On our page they offer us exactly the same benefits that the shipping companies offer directly. It is always better to review well before issuing any criteria, and if you want proof I can publish it here. Greetings

Ha sido lo mejor que me ha pasado nunca, ha cambiado nuestra vida familiar, nunca habia salido de Cataluña y gracias a Incruises ya hice mi primer crucero...Los miembros de esta empresa son fabulosos gracias a los valores que tiene la empresa para seleccionar nuevos miembros y socios...amo este club

Faço parte deste clube onde tenho a possibilidade de ter acesso a viagens que não imaginava poder ter acesso, mas hoje com a economia proporcionada pelo clube tenho a experiencia de proporcionar momentos inesqueciveis pra minha familia, estar em um cruzeiros é viver sonhos de quando criança. Gratidão InCruises!

I hate this organization. We've been with it for several years now and are finally able to take our first cruise. Although for 2 years because of covid - we couldn't use it - we STILL had to put money into it. Now we go to use it and the only thing we can book is the room - no extra stuff! This is such a rip off. I know we have put a lot of money into this account, but when we are done with our first cruise - we are done with this company. I am sooo disappointed!

Avoid . Cruises are cheaper elsewhere and if they say you get a refund it's not true . Avoid avoid avoid

I have been a partner and spared 2400$ (excluding "cruisedollars"). I stopped spare bcs we couldn’t use more than a third of the money spared, that's something they did not tell when they "recruited" me. So now I have that money accumulated and no way to use ot or get it back.This is a scam. All that hard working money is there and I can not use it to go on vacation with my fam. Please don't fall into this scam. I'll check with the consumer council here in Norway to check what I should do here...

Conoci este club de vacaciones en el 2017 con mucho escepticismo. Despues de 8 meses hice mi primer crucero al caribe fue una experiencia super agradable con relacion al costo beneficio. Actualmente llevo 6 años ahorrando aqui llevo 7 cruceros y todos al mejor precio del mercado. Estoy muy contento y agradecido por haber conocido este club. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Осенью 2017 года я узнал, что мои друзья побывали в морском круизе по Средиземноморью. Они мне рассказали, что вступили в клуб InCruises и забронировали себе круиз с большой скидкой в цене. И вот в феврале 2018 года меня пригласили в БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ круиз! Да, именно так! Мои друзья начали вести бизнес в клубе и заработали достаточно средств, чтобы пригласить и меня. И вот, попробовав такой вид отдыха и узнав о правилах клуба от друзей, и я решил стать членом InCruises. С 2018 года по настоящее время я и моя жена в составе клуба уже совершили 10 круизов!!! Если бы не 2 года пандемии, то еще бы 3 круиза было на нашем счету! Круизы были забронированы, но были отменены и ВСЕ СРЕДСТВА были возвращены на наши счета в личных кабинетах! Круизы мы совершали всей семьей-с дочерью, и с друзьями из клуба. В круизах было много знакомств с такими же круизерами-членами клуба из Казахстана, России, Бельгии, Италии, Германии, Словении и Украины!!! Преимущества нашего международного Клуба: льготные цены- большая выгода бронирование круиза практически в рассрочку посещение нескольких стран и городов в течение одного путешествия а теперь и бронирование отелей с скидкой. ich habe ein Hotel gebucht, bei Incriuse. Das Zimmer konnte nicht angeschaut werden, Blindflug beim buchen. Bei der Bestätigung war ersichtlich, das es das schlechteste Zimmer war. Ich habe den Vorteil von Incriuse für die Umbuchung aufgebraucht, dadurch hatte ich höhere Kosten als beim Anbieter.

Thanks to my inCruises membership, I had an amazingly great vacation on a Gulf cruise! I also booked an inStays hotel in downtown Abu Dhabi and had 5 unforgettable days. I am absolutely loved with the company and the opportunities it provides. My dream of traveling around the world is now coming true!
