I’m very disappointed with the customer service at InCruises. I’ve been a member for some time, but booking a cruise has been a frustrating and disheartening experience. I expected a smoother process and better support.

Я уже побывала в Норвежских фьордах, по всему Средиземноморью от Кушадасы (Турция) до Гибралтара и обратно через острова. Была в Турция, Грецию, Черногорию, Боснию и Герцеговину, Хорватию, Мальту, Италию, Францию, Испанию, Португалию, Канарские острова, Марокко, по всему западному побережью Европы от Копенгагена до Барселоны (Дания, Германия, Бельгия, Нидерланды, Франция, Англия), на Азорских островах, в Восточной части Карибского бассейна (Мартиника, Британские Виргинские острова, Антигуа и Барбуда, Сен-Мартен, Аляска, США и Канада), в Персидском заливе (ОАЭ, Катар, Оман). Я только что забронировала свой 11-й круиз в Южную Америку (Бразилия, Уругвай, Аргентина). Я тоже являюсь партнёром клуба в ранге директора по маркетингу.Надеюсь достичь следующего ранга в ближайшие 1-2 месяца. Pésima experiencia en incruises! Perdí todo mi ahorro. Los líderes no te dicen cómo funciona realmente, te omiten información, hay letra chica . De lo contrario jamás hubiera entrado a este "club de viajes" perdí 650 dólares !!!

Ignored, blocked, and no access to my money I joined InCruises based on a representative’s promise of $100 every 3 months and bonus cruise dollars. Without warning, the rules changed to monthly payments, which didn’t work for us. We stopped paying, thinking we’d lose only bonuses. Now I can’t use my own funds — only about 17% of the balance is available. I emailed support in Russian (twice), in English, and also contacted them on Facebook. They replied on Facebook saying they would help — then blocked me and never followed up. This is dishonest and unacceptable. If I don’t get a real answer soon, I will file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre and the FTC.

Llevo tiempo participando en la membresía de inCruises junto con otras tres personas como una forma de ahorrar para un viaje en grupo. Aunque la idea inicial parece atractiva (acumular puntos y duplicarlos para usarlos en cruceros), el sistema tiene condiciones que resultan desproporcionadamente estrictas y hasta injustas. Perdí mis puntos activos (300 en total) por no pagar dentro de un plazo de 30 días. A pesar de haber invertido dinero real, esos puntos pasaron a ser "inactivos" y ahora solo se pueden usar para cubrir hasta un 17% del valor de una reserva (hotel o crucero), y solo si no tienes una membresía activa. Es decir: Si dejo la cuenta inactiva, apenas puedo usar una fracción de lo que invertí. Y si reactivo la cuenta, esos puntos inactivos se congelan. Solo los puntos nuevos, generados pagando más dinero, pueden usarse al 100%. Esto contradice totalmente la idea de “ahorrar para viajar”. No se siente como una membresía confiable, sino como un sistema que presiona al usuario a pagar mes tras mes para no perder valor de su dinero, y donde un pequeño descuido sale muy caro. Lo comparto para que futuros usuarios lean bien las letras pequeñas. Si valoras tu dinero, considera otras opciones más claras y transparentes para planificar tus vacaciones

Es handelt sich um ein Schneeballsystem bei dem man Provision bekommt je mehr Mitglieder man wirbt. Schaut man sich das Geschäftsmodell, also die Provisionen an, dann ist es rechnerisch nur möglich Gewinn zu machen, wenn immer neue Mitglieder dazukommen. Ein Ponzi Schema.

I do not recommend this company. I lost 4400 of points, after 2 years of paying i thought i would have enough for even 2 cruises but they just let you use a small percentage, so basically you cannot even use the money you deposited

Addidtionally: if You pays $100 per month, so You will get $1200 after 12 months and additional $1200 from company but if You choose Your trip costs $2400, You still have to pay $1200 from Your own money so $2400 in total and additional $1200 of Cruise Dollars lasts for another "adventure" and Yes, it is encouraging but with $2400 You might get nice adventure with any other Provider. Well, consider that please.

Conosco bene questo club essendo iscritto da 5 anni. Posso dire che è solo vantaggioso per il partner che promuove il club e ha minimo la qualifica di marketing director perché viaggia gratis e ha un piccolo guadagno medio di 500$ che poi con il cambio e tassazione ti rimangono circa 300€. Per il resto è solo a svantaggio del cliente che in sostanza è la persona che porta fondi alla società InCruises. Primo motivo è che i tuoi soldi versati non puoi spenderli al 100% almeno che trovi una crociera che costa il doppio di quello che hai a disposizione sul portafoglio del tuo account e di conseguenza dovrai versare di tasca tua l’altro 50% a saldo della crociera. A conti fatti a loro dire hai un risparmio del 25% sul loro listino prezzi che è più alto rispetto alla concorrenza esterna. Secondo motivo il cliente che accetta questa formula di accantonamento si è immesso in un sistema capestro. Perché se dovesse decidere di sospendere l’abbonamento dopo aver versato per mesi o anni a distanza di 30 giorni dalla sospensione perde tutti i crediti omaggiati e non può ritirare i soldi versati personalmente che a loro dire sono spendibili sulla piattaforma InCruises per prenotare hotel o crociere ma con nessun vantaggio economico. Terzo motivo avendo deciso di sospendere i versamenti mensili, quindi avendo a disposizione solo i tuoi risparmi ti danno la possibilità di spenderli con una media del 15/18% a prenotazione. E qui che arriva la beffa, perché scalando dal costo della tua prenotazione la % che loro ti consentono a conti fatti il costo della tua prenotazione al netto di quello che è il tuo esborso economico per saldare la prenotazione risulta uguale o nella maggior parte dei casi superiore a quello che trovi sul mercato. Quindi….va da sé che i risparmi di anni del malcapitato andranno in fumo. E chi vi scrive tutto questo è una persona che ha già fatto 3 crociere gratis con questo club.

inCruises cancelled my booked cruise and hotel without warning, and they never returned my money. I contacted support multiple times, but got no real help. I lost both my vacation and my savings. This company is not trustworthy. Think twice before joining.
