Ignored, blocked, and no access to my money I joined InCruises based on a representative’s promise of $100 every 3 months and bonus cruise dollars. Without warning, the rules changed to monthly payments, which didn’t work for us. We stopped paying, thinking we’d lose only bonuses. Now I can’t use my own funds — only about 17% of the balance is available. I emailed support in Russian (twice), in English, and also contacted them on Facebook. They replied on Facebook saying they would help — then blocked me and never followed up. This is dishonest and unacceptable. If I don’t get a real answer soon, I will file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre and the FTC.
