Avoid this company. I spent a ton of time on a game I downloaded from their site, then didn't get credit. Customer service has been a nightmare.

I just started inbox. As far as I can tell its pretty legit. I've heard really good things about inbox. I will let you know more as I go on.

There used to be many ways to earn money, little by little. It's all gone now. Coupons are gone, other little things are gone, surveys were always a scam. The only thing left is games. But they say you earn money, then they don't pay it out. They tell you 30 days to finish -- for 30 days -- then they don't pay out the last one, which is where the bulk of the payout is. I'm currently playing a new scam game, where they say there is a time limit for the payouts, but they don't tell you there's a time limit until you go to try customer service, then suddenly it's there. I'm still waiting for them to credit one from last month that I finished on time but they're ignoring me. But if you can earn the money, I've never had trouble cashing out. It's just getting the credits for what you do finish that is sketchy.

let me do what i needed

Constantly re routed away from surveys, usually mid to end of the survey so they still get the results, or you'll just finish surveys and receive no reward. I've asked what was going on for a week now with 0 results. Out of 47k reviews here, I see 10k are just like myself and give one star. Ten thousand people out of fifty thousand were treated the very same and left the same review, wish I listened. Don't waist your time with these clowns. I've searched around and found much better survey sites, with support to assist you if your having issues with your surveys. Update: In regards to your comment below. Did as asked and here is the same response. Even sent screenshots of the completed surveys. Two of them lasting about 1.5 hours with a reward of 3$ total. If someone gives you 1.5 hours of their time, took screenshots, and reported the issue accurately... this isn't the way to reward them. Didn't take any surveys at Swagbucks! I"ve taken surveys for this company for 3 years. Used to be really good, not sure what happened. But did offer to continue if things were fixed, and was again told to go to Swagbucks... Just didnt want others to waist their time too. I have a pending survey completed rewarding in 14 days, and will close the account. I have over 30 rejected surveys in a row, this is insane. Read through some of other peoples issues and can see, its not only me. I see Jimmy and his Inboxdollars clowns have wiped my pending surveys. These are surveys I've completed, that reward after a certain amount of time. Going though bbb atm since I have screenshots and these jerks cant be trusted! One shows I spent 93 minutes on it and reward of 5$. Front page of this site Inbox take your Dollars says they paid out 1.2 Billion dollars, what a lie. Looks like this just began recently, everyone's having issues with customer service and no ones able to take their surveys. I guess it pays to read others reviews before trying new sites. Lame. You take the full survey then it says "Sorry not a fit" if this I'd how they gather data its bad data to pay $1-$2/hour and ask why we dint buy streaming services. You're only attracting the desperate and broke so yeah your data will be wrong. Especially if you constantly have us take surveys, repeating info we already gave a thousand times prior only to say "Thanks for taking the survey your time is worthless so no payment for taking it even though we waste 20 minutes asking the same questions we've already asked a thousand times. The good reviews are ai bots obviously. Nobody leaves 5 stars for making $9 for 8 hours of survey taking. Also the people you attract with .07 surveys isn't reliable data.

1)opinion surveys that kick if answer not way they want called surveys, 2)games with broken links that dont credit to account3) customer service that has 8 pages of how to contact and ends in blank page if send mail...avoid this scam at all costs 1 star only because 5 poop emojis not available and any star above 3 is from a staff writer...go figure

I just started. I haven’t received a penny I don’t know what this company is all about so I gotta give it a try still I haven’t seen any money transferred anywhere. I don’t know if you’re fraud if you’re just trying to steal my identity theft I don’t know, but if this is for real, it’s great but I felt I haven’t seen anything. Come my way. I’ve done several surveys and I haven’t received anything

DO NOT trust InboxDollars, is a fraud and a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using InboxDollars. I participated in an offer that promised $460 for signing up for a Chime bank checking account and completing two consecutive direct deposits of at least $200 within 30 days. I fulfilled all the stated requirements, yet the reward was never credited at all. Instead, my support tickets were delayed and eventually marked as "resolved" without resolution — I was only given a $10 “one-time courtesy,” which feels like a dismissal rather than a solution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels deceptive. In my opinion, this behavior reflects dishonest practices. Please think twice before engaging with InboxDollars or similar promotional offers. InboxDollars is a cheating company and I have been having a worst experience. They never keep their promise Response to your update 08/13/2025: I clearly explained how you cheated your customer by disobeying the offer. What is the point in asking the same question again? These tickets are instantly closed without any reason. Could you kindly provide a clear reason why this $460 reward has not been paid at all? though I met all conditions (2 consecutive payroll direct deposits with in 30 days of account opening through inboxDollars.com App).
