I like InBox dollars but I have never been able to do surveys I have reached out to customer service several times and never received on answer or a solution to my problem. So there fore it makes it harder and longer to earn any money because I am limited.

I made $14 from surveys, then all the surveys ended, no more surveys came. They will never let me make $15. It's a complete scam site. Avoid this scam site. waste my time.

Used to be a good one. But today they suspended my account without any single word of explanation. It's beyond normality. I know I did nothing wrong, but no chance to explain or provide a proof - no one replies to your inquiry. Terrible!PS you could read review at least. your reply is inadequate. obviously scam!

Never expected that my account will be abruptly suspended without ANY explanation. Legit company would try to resolve any issue at first. No customer service, no one replies to inquiries. I know I did nothing wrong and will have to ask BBB to intervene.

InboxDollars is FRAUDULENT. Surveys never credit even after spending as much as 45 minutes on them. Do NOT trust them, there are better sites. This one is nothing but dishonest and they use 3rd party survey sites to take customer data for their own research and then SCREW THE SURVEY TAKER out of payment.

This is the perfect destination to lose your sanity trying to pass and by a prayer get paid for 3 cent "2 minute" surveys that are really 20 minutes. They couldn't be bigger chiselers. Any other survey site is better.

a majority of the surveys i fill out don't give anything or end with some stupid saying and it doesn't even credit me

I am constantly being kicked out of surveys for the reason of "it wasn't a right fit for you". This wouldn't be a big deal if the website actually gave me a reason to do so. In addition, somewhat frequently it kicks me out when I have already spent at least 5-10 minutes on the survey. It is so difficult to actually complete a single survey over the span of 30 minutes or more because of this.

Getting robbed of time and money spent and earned. I just came upon a huge issue. I played a Slottist, a casino game with a payout of over $100 + cash back $34. The issue the download date on my phone was 7/9 on my Chromebook, it was dated 6/7. This made no sense. While I played, no points ever registered. So, I receive no payment. I downloaded Wild Buffalo, and when I opened it the date was 6/7 and it was Slottist, I got a different game, and again, opening showed the date 6/7, and it was Slottist again. And now they removed Slottist from play. This is why you cannot contact them directly, waiting up to 7to 9 days for a reply.
