Raza showed up early, helped me pack, had phone chargers and water available, answered questions, and was able to take me from East London straight to a small farmhouse in rural Ireland with no numerical street address.

My wife and I needed a driver for our wedding day and we were late for our booked time but our driver patiently waited for us and the Imperial Ride team kindly waived any waiting charges as a wedding gift. I travelled using Imperial Ride last Tuesday and I had to go from the west coast of Wales all the way to the east coast of England, which is not a short trip by any means. The price for the trip was the best I found from any of the services I looked up and the service itself was faultless. The car was stylish, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had plenty of trunk space for all my luggage. Shoaib Khan was extremely polite, easy to talk to and was very tentative to anything I needed. His driving was also impeccable, I've travelled by car with lots of people in the past and none drove as professionally as him. Please pass this review on to Shoaib Khan himself because he was absolutely fantastic and helped me so much with my travel. I will absolutely be using Imperial Ride many times in the future. Absolutely stellar car service. We needed to get from Biggin Hill to Scotland with our dog on the Sunday of a bank holiday weekend. Imperial's price was the most reasonable of the places I contacted and the communication was the best; the team was extremely helpful and responsive. Our driver Mahdi was really wonderful – we were so tired after our red eye flight and he was so professional, kind, and helpful. The ride was so smooth and pleasant that we were able to sleep for most of the trip! The car was spotless and comfortable. Really appreciate that we were able to make a booking for such a long trip, and that they were glad to take our dog. Highly recommend!
