Imperial recently collected my elderly uncle from Chichester and took him to central London and then returned him home after a short stay. Their service was top notch. They were kind and respectful to my uncle, and kind to to me keeping me informed of their progress in the journey. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone!

Would not hesitate to use again!
This is the second time we have used this company and received excellent service once again. Clean, comfortable car with polite, friendly driver. All safety procedures strictly adhered to so you feel very safe. We would not hesitate to use their services again the next time we are in London.

Excellent service
It was so easy to book, the communication was clear and concise. The driver was timely, polite and courteous. We were celebrating a birthday, going to the Ritz and the driver took us the long way around do we could enjoy the experience and make the most of our journey. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Nice service but old car
Driver friendly and punctual. Website says "we have the latest model of Mercedes Benz class" but the car I had was over 6 years old (S Class). It was clean and no issues but for the price you can find rides like this elsewhere for cheaper.
